The Interpreter
So saith the Toledo Blade headline, though the park is optimistic: http://toledoblade.com/business/2011/04/29/Rain-might-swing-back-opening-of-new-5M-ride.html
dr_humor
Is this located in the "Pure Speculation" section of the paper?
The Interpreter
If it were the Plain Dealer, I'd ask, "Since when is there only a section of speculation?" Terpy, who just HAD to
dr_humor
Worthwhile, as a good laugh as I get ready for an early day is priceless.
PREMiERdrum
From the article... But the amusement park has promised that the WindSeeker, copies of which are being built at two other parks owned by Cedar Fair LP, will be ready for a charity event May 13 -- the day before the park opens to the public for the season. They're Knott very good at checking their facts, eh?
CoasterGeek101
Dang is Canadas Wonderland going to be delayed also?
Oldiesmann
Dang is Canadas Wonderland going to be delayed also? The park hasn't confirmed or denied that yet, and it's difficult to really guess from the info that's available. They don't have a webcam on it (and still have the old Paramount-era website), but from the photos they've posted on their Facebook page, it appears that they're further behind KI, and their park opens just 8 days after KI (on May 8th).
