Dbfan Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Someone posted this on facebook and I recognized the location pretty quick. I looked around and didn't see it posted yet, so here it is: Sorry if its already been posted -Dbfan Quote
The Interpreter Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Good for them. That has to be one of the nicest things I have ever seen done at Kings Island. It makes me happy to watch it, and to think of the proud Moms (and Dads)! Quote
CoastersRZ Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 It was a nice thing. And to think it happened when I was at the park and didn`t know about it! The park did post the video on their Facebook page. Quote
Dieseltech20 Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 This explains the metal detector with the "Expecting Mothers" sign on it Quote
The Interpreter Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Well, that was probably there so the poor women would not get run over by the charging bulls.... Terpy, at least 99 and 44/100ths percent sure... Quote
CoasterGeek101 Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Yeah, They posted this to twitter and it looked kinda funny. Quote
CoastersRZ Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 It sounds like an Ivory commercial is going on here! (I`m sure some posters will be a little puzzled.) It still amazes me that KI has the metal detectors. I mean, were they really detecting anything on Saturday? Quote
The Interpreter Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 When they were letting guests charge through them at at least two guests per second? Not only were the detectors not detecting anything, the security people were not even being allowed to look through bags, etc. Obviously, security was not a major priority Saturday morning...letting guests tear through the gates as if on a rampage was... BavarianBeatle Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Many people believe that the MOD is one of the most thinly disguised pro-abortion/eugenics groups in the world. I'm shocked that the park would, at least indirectly, appear to take a position on such a hot-button issue. Quote
The Interpreter Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 When they allow Sean Hannity and his Freedom Concerts? And rent out the park to the local gay group? It's all about the Thomas Jeffersons ("Who is on the nickel?" for 200, Alex!) Quote
Dieseltech20 Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 It should be noted that for every "view" this video receives a dime will be donated to the March of Dimes. Quote
74Gibson Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 As a dad who loves being a dad, that was awesome. Self-empowerment is a quality I find incredibly attractive, honorable and..well good. If your doing no harm, be bold and courageous in your actions... sorry if I've stolen a quote. I feel like I've stolen a quote. Hmmm... Quote
XGatorHead 8904 Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 That was great! I wish I had seen it, but I was entering Beast's queue around that time. I'm finally somewhere where a flash mob happens and I didn't see it. But at least this way, I got a dime contributed to charity. Quote
SOB_TOM Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 BTW, from where they were shooting this from, the park knew about it. International Restaraunt just doesn't keep the doors open... Quote
Dieseltech20 Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 ^^ Yup. I saw the guy on the roof of the building earlier. Plus they had a sign on the far right Metal Detector that read "Expecting Mothers". Quote
rotag Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 Well, that was probably there so the poor women would not get run over by the charging bulls.... Terpy, at least 99 and 44/100ths percent sure... baby this is pure love... ...& a great vid. Quote
alluna Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 I feel like such a cheeseball... this totally brought a tear to my eye and brightened my day. Amid all of the barfing, aches and fatigue, it's nice to see expectant moms dancing around with joy and singing about their babies! Quote
muppetfan1999 Posted May 8, 2011 Posted May 8, 2011 You know, Kings Island should really have more flash mobs. They're just so absurd and awesome. Quote
