The forums came up in the mobile skin, but after a couple minutes of hunting, I discovered that there is no way to login—literally, there is no login button or link on the mobile skin. Avatar Posted May 30, 2011 Share Posted May 30, 2011 If you go to the very bottom of the IP.Board app for this site (basically scroll to the bottom) You should see the words "Full Version Search" click on that and that should give you the full web version. We I do that I usually can not go back to the easier Mobile IP.Board for this site unless i power my phone off and on. jcgoble3 Posted May 30, 2011 Author Share Posted May 30, 2011 That doesn't help. Clicking on "Full Version" gives me the error "Page Too Large; Open Mobile Site" and then kicks me out of the browser. I don't have one of these fancy iPhones or Droids, just a cheap phone from TracFone that probably doesn't even qualify as a "smartphone". Avatar Posted May 30, 2011 Share Posted May 30, 2011 You should be able to log into KIC using the mobile app. go to the top of the page on the home page for KIC. Next to the words :Kings Island Central Forum" you should see a couple ">>" on a button hit that and that should give you the choices you need to log in and give you some other choices. If I switch to the mobile skin here on my computer, I see the box you two are talking about, and yes, I can log in and out from there. However, when I bring up the site on my phone, that box is missing. I don't know what's going on here. jcgoble3 Posted June 2, 2011 Author Share Posted June 2, 2011 ^ That gives me the login page, where I can type in my username and password, but when I click "Login", it apparently tries to load the full version of the site, because I get the "Page Too Large; Open Mobile Site" error and I get kicked off the browser. When I bring the browser back up and load the forums' home page, I discover that the login didn't take because I'm still seeing the unregistered version of the page. I'm about ready to give up here.
