Very Nice pictures.B)

Just curious, will the other coasters/rides get some "pic" love too in the future?

Thanks, and yes! Most certainly, actually as we post (:) ) I am editing photos of other rides like The Racer!

...which (speaking of Racer), at least according to Don Helbig, is the most photographed roller coaster of all time...but, it's probably been surpassed by Diamondback now.

I seldom doubt the auspicious Don Helbig, but I truly doubt that Racer is or ever was the most photographed roller coaster of all time. For one thing, the Coney Island Cyclone had quite the head start. For another, it's in NYC, a far larger market. And it's one of THE places for tourists in NYC.

Good. I wouldn't want to throw you for a loop.

OH NO!!! TERPY DOUBLE POSTED!!!

(Ducks as a massive explosion blows up half of Kings Island!!!)

...umm...anyone think the park can survive with just half of I-Street, Planet Snoopy, Diamondback, Boomerang Bay, and half of The Beast?

(PS: The above was just a joke.)

I wish I still had the old ariel photos I took when KI had the helicopter tours. Did anyone else give that attraction a try? I thought it fun for $25 although it was only like a 5min ride.

Quickly skirting back to the Son of Beast not being on the map joke...

While waiting in line for Firehawk a few weeks ago, I really truly witnessed a scenario many of us here would complain is possible but not actually believe: a family arguing over what the giant wooden lift-hill over yonder was... Some of the children and the father absolutely KNEW FOR A FACT that it was Adventure Express they saw looming 200 feet over the park... For simply looking at the map shows that it, indeed, is the giant wooden roller coaster in that direction. The mother and her half of the kids jokingly "bet" her respective peers that it was not, but the father and kids seemed absolutely sure that Son of Beast's lift-hill was Adventure Express. And who can blame them?!

It just sounds like one of those scenarios that we all would say "Son of Beast ISN'T ON THE MAP AND IT'S GONNA CONFUSE PEOPLE." But it actually surprised me when it really happened.

P.S. They asked the attendant who divides up the two Firehawk stations to settle their bet. She said it was Son of Beast, but given what we know park employees are capable of, I half expected her to get it wrong, too, and to need to step in myself! :D
