KIfan73 Posted August 26, 2011 Share Posted August 26, 2011 I haven't been to the park on a Sunday in years. The weather forecast looked great, so I took off for the day. It was a great day to be at the park. Things started to get crowded by early afternoon, but by then, I had ridden Beast, BLSC, Vortex, FoF, Racer, Flight Deck, VF, and Flying Ace Aerial Chase (fun ride!), and had lunch. Those were some great shots of landscaping, showing how hard the grounds crew have worked at keeping KI very pretty this season. I also did not see any trash anywhere in those pictures! Kudos to KI! You hear so much about the rides, but I don't think most people realize it's worth a trip to walk through even if you aren't a ride person. I also think its great how they always try to landscape rides, even the new ones. Some parks just put a coaster in and thats it, your ride it just...boring, with dirt and crap all around.
