Vortex 25th Anniversary

I liked Vortex during its first few years as it was a nice, smooth ride. I very rarely ride it now as it has just gotten too rough. It seems like arrow loopers just don't age well. For example, when I rode Great American Scream machine at Six Flags Great Adventure a few years ago, I thought I was going to get whiplash around the rough turns.

I remember watching Vortex for literally ten minutes at once during my very first trip in '07. It looked so intriguing (and it still is now). I didn't ride it until 2010, and when I did, I instantly LOOOVED it! It has been my favorite ride ever since. (no, roughness doesn't bother me at all. I actually really love rides with this type of "personality". )

Maybe they will re-make the sign above the entrance on Vortex for it's 25th anniversary (with some new 25th ann. trains)

Have a good 25 more years Vortex!

But then their going to have to buy new trains every year for the 26th year, 27th, and so on!
