heydreea
For Christmas this past year, my stepdad bought me a gold pass. I began working a lot this summer and haven't had a day off where I could go to ki an get my pass processed. I was wondering if I haven't even used my pass once if I could get a refund for it? I don't think I'll be able to go this season because of my schedule. Any help works!!
The Interpreter
Call the park. What anyone here says matters not on things like this. Call the park. (I think you are going to be happy with their answer, but...call the park! )
PKIVortex
Uh they wouldn't let me get a refund off of a unprocessed 2009 Gold Pass that my Mom couldn't use as she passed away 5 month's before the season. They told me that I could transfer the pass to someone else but I couldn't get a refund. I was highly upset about this.
Ogrmac
I also say "call the park" but I will say that I had an unprocessed season pass several years ago, and I was able to "upgrade" it for the next year for a minimal fee. This was several years ago though, so be sure to call the park to see what they will do about your particular situation.
74Gibson
Keep in mind too that the nickel king is gone.
KI-ORIG-EMP
You can roll over an unprocessed pass from the prior year for a minimal fee of $20, but like mentioned, call or visit the park's ticket service window or guest services counter. PKIVortex
They were not doing this in 2009, however.
CedarPointer
I suspect that the answer is contained on the voucher itself.
