In regards to the poll, I voted as expansion as it will most likely be an expansion of Planet Snoopy.

I also find it weird that it says the count down begins sept.12 , to me the count down has already begun.

"Countdown" can be interpreted in many ways. A countdown in this scenario could be the countdown from the announcement date to the projected opening. Didn't KD say something will be "launching" into the park come 2013? A space-themed launcher? Albeit a similar concept to FoF.
