I am pretty sure too but I don't wanna go there (even though I have gold) for the announcement and it ends up not being open to the public

Its already been stated that guest are invited to view the announcement immediately after the fireworks in the Action Zone.

They wouldn't be sending out a message to their text subscribers if you had to pay to see it and/or it wasn't open to the public.

It will be way so crowded in Action Zone.
