malem
An interesting article in today's L.A. Times: http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-lazarus-20130903,0,5601603,full.column Interestingly, unclaimed phones get sold on eBay.
fanofFirehawk
Not the only thing like this I've heard about Six Flagsā¦ But really? That is just irresponsible, and greedy.
BeastForever
Whatever happened, this doesn't dissuade me one bit from going to another Six Flags park in the future.
YoungStud
I cannot wait to go to six flags. I will be hitting up MM, great america, great adventure, sfne, and SFA at least next season. Every company has something that pops up in the news.
fanofFirehawk
Indeed, they all of have there ups and downs, likeā¦ I don't know... Going bankrupt.
YoungStud
What does that have to do with anything? That was old management at six flags. Geuaga lake closed but who cares. Not to long ago KI was in the news for over charging debit cards but they took care of the issues. My point is no company has a 100% customer service score.
BeastForever
Customer service is not one of Cedar Fair's strong suits either. My only advice I can give to this patron is that if she didn't want to go through the hassle of going to lost & found, she should have been more secure with her loose article.
elyk
Cedar Fair has great customer service! i dont know what you are talking about. My gold pass slipped out my pocket and someone turned it in. we called Kings Island and they had it so we just had to verify a few things and the next time we made a trip to Kings Island we picked up my pass. it was hassle free. The Interpreter
Really? Don't even ask me about Platinum Passes.
jackparanoia
I'm sorry, but I'm tempted to ask. If you lose your season pass can't they just print up a new one? Doesn't your picture show up on their screen anyways?
YoungStud
There is a fee.
KI-ORIG-EMP
If you loose your pass, for whatever reason, there is a fee to replace it.
elyk
I got it back for free because it was in the lost and found.
coasterfanatic83
It isn't so much about losing the pass as it is the pass not working at the gate. (not my personal experience)
