kingsislandfan1972 Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Most people think that the Monster at Kings Island is an Octopus, but in retrospect, an Octopus has 8 tentacles and the Monster has 6. Its pretty ironic isnt it? 1 Quote
Thrill_Biscuit Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Well, "Sextopus" has a kind of James Bond, not-so-PG-rated ring to it. Tb, door bound.... 19 Quote
markr Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 If I am not mistaken when the ride was at Coney it was called The Octopus. 3 Quote

Its pretty ironic isnt it? It's called "The Monster" for a good reason. It has multiple arms, and definitely is not an octopus. If it was, wouldn't it look and be called Octopus? ^Squidward is a squid...... 1 Quote

Its pretty ironic isnt it? Actually the existence of one 6 armed "octopus" been recorded, he was found back in 2008 and was captive in a British aquarium. No clue if he is still alive though honestly. 3 Quote
