Glad to hear it wasn't that busy this morning. Hope it is the same way tomorrow. The kiddo and myself will be there when they open.

As expected, no wait on virtually anything today. Glad I never listen to weathermen.

Flight of Fear seems to be the only ride with longer than a minimal line. At Diamondback now - station wait.

The park is open until 10pm - definitely a good day to come

AE is 5 minutes. I am shocked lines are low. It is very hot. Heat index according to FUNTV is 103° We arrived at 4:00 and parked straight out from the entrance maybe half way down.

I am waiting for the park to be packed after 8:00. Until then hoping for rain. Just one one good downpour about 7:00.

One cycle Delirium. Bottom of stairs for Banshee.

Technically all but one were still in the park waiting on The Beast. He could have met us at the gate. I will hope he has more to do with his life than that.. (Unlike us. OhioColts was in the town I live yesterday with his dad, we showed up just to say hello. He was 6 blocks away and didn't think we would really show up.)

I know we will be there again today. Nochicken and MrsNoChicken will be there. The drawing for the car is at 7:00 tonight for anyone who wants to see that.

Granted, it's still 5 minutes until open, but the crowds waiting at the gate are about what they would be on an average weekday at this time, in midsummer. So pretty light for a weekend.

I think the projected heat today will keep a lot of people either home or in Soak City. Also, Dollar Days (and Labor Day) may make people decide to wait until next weekend instead.

Last day of daily operations, i would expect a decent sized crowd after church let's out. Hopefully not for your sake though. :)

Fingers crossed it doesn't get too awful. It's only 11, and the heat is already making me think of WWC.

Diamondback's line is a little longer than the stairs. Beast was pretty much walk on.

My daughter wants to ride WWC. I do not. If you want a riding buddy, she will be happy to go along for the ride.

It's one of my favorites, even though I can do without getting soaked with smelly water. The ride is worth it.

If she goes, I assume you'd be manning the geysers?
