Anyway, just trying to purchase my Platinum pass at KI web site and does not seem to be working. Customer service is closed until Monday-I am trying to get the buy now, pay later plan and by Monday it will be too late. A connection is being closed early, and the site isn't robust enough to try something more reliable. If you have access to a Windows, Mac OS X, Android or Linux device - try using another browser. If all you have is iOS, you may be out of luck, as the WebKit library included in your iOS version might not be compatible with Accesso's site. Using the latest iOS version would probably help, but that's not possible for all iDevice users. If you wait until tomorrow, the prices (for platinum, at least) will have already gone up. While KI Customer Service may not be open this weekend, I would recommend submitting your question online today (here: https://www.visitkingsisland.com/contact-us) or sending them an email explaining that you can't access the site on iOS but would like to buy a pass. They may not be able to do anything....but they may also be able to help you. I don't know KI policies but some business have the flexibility in adjusting deadlines on a case by case basis.
