BruceWayneWins
I can't find the cost or estimated cost in any press release or article. I saw one where someone estimated $8 million. That was going to be my guess before finding that. Does anyone know how much that ride cost?
Steph88
I tried researching this and I found nothing either. Except one article where the Six Flags spokesperson said it was a "substantial investment" but would not provide a dollar value. Time will tell, I suppose! silver2005
I imagine SIX paid a little extra for it considering its the prototype for this particular S&S model.
TheCandyManCan
I'm just happy to see S&S get something out and hopefully working. I really feared for that company a few times the past few years, especially since their new merger with this new company. Hopefully seeing this ride develop and what people think of it, I hope S&S gets a few more new developments. I will say it seems very B&M inspired, especially the restraints. The brakes surprised me the most seeing almost PTC esque brakes on the track, but hey if it works and does what it needs to do, who cares.
homestar92
I think it's safe to say that it cost more than:
jsus
I sure hope so. If a single B&M train costs ~$1 million, an entire S&S 4D coaster better require more than $1 million to be operational.
