Live Streaming Webcams

Featured Replies

The webcams on the Kings Island website are no longer just minute-to-minute still images.  There's live streaming video as well.  As a long-time stalker of the webcams, this is a very exciting upgrade.  :-)

^^ you are Pa-syschic!!!

Now we can watch Diamondback stack....which right now it doesnt seem to be....

Edit: spoke too soon.....

If you look right now, they are loading the trains onto Diamondback. Awesome to watch. :P

Update: ...and 11 minutes later they're done. :P

Okay I have been watching this for 15 mins. You guys are just feeding my addiction to go today! Thanks for the info & links.

I love this! I absolutely loathe large crowds so now I can get a better feel before making the trip!

Oh, and I love watching live feeds of basically anything. I used to watch the shamu cam at seaworld for hours!

I'm enjoying watching the police lights, billboards, and flame bursts from Backlot! Phew.

Now that we have Live Streaming, I challenge someone to walk up to the start of the Diamondback line and jump out of fear like a Roller Coaster Tycoon peep...LOL

I'll do it, Maybe even get the kids to do it. :D

Be sure to post the time and day you do this...I could use a laugh!

I think I will start a topic so people can join in on the fun!!!

That would make that line attendants (I am not sure what you call the person at the front of the lines?) day, if they know anything about roller coaster tycoon.

I'm checking now to see if we can create a game type/topic to do this.....rules is rules...LOL

Yep, I'll give a heads up.

As for making a game, I like the idea. I like games.

I am going to the park today and I got to witness the Diamondback crew taking some trains out of storage. Idk why I found this so exciting lol, I've just never seen it before.

Watching Banshee Cam now, and some rain just dripped on the camera. But still awesome, and a lot better than the still images.

I wonder if they'll ever consider The Beast Cam?

I'm dying to see how that process (storage, putting trains back on) works.

Unfortunately around that time, I'm on my commute to work. :/

The challenge is on! See topic "jump in fear like an RCT peep" - challenge.

edit: The challenge is off.

I think the live streams are a great addition to the website.

I love the live streams!  I like to look at the Diamondback line to kinda judge the crowds.
