The Great Pumpkin Coaster: Pumpkin Patch (thoughts)

Should KI plant pumpkins in the Great Pumpkin coaster infield? (were grass is currently) 

I would like to hear some of your opinions.

 

Pro- cheap theming, don't have to cut the grass, something to look at each visit on the way to Diamondback.

 

Con-I have heard pumpkins need to be contained or they take over everything.

That's an interesting idea, actually. It would ddefinitly add something to look at, and the ride isn't the Great Grass Coaster. Maybe it could be just temporary to be put up in October?

Could always put fake pumkins too if one would worry about an overtaking.... not that it's connected to other patches of soil though.

Great idea, tho pumpkins can be a bit tricky to grow properly. I used to grow them in the backyard with leftover seeds after making jack-o-lanterns

That would be a good idea. The ride needs more theme.

I think some fake pumpkins would be best. Less maintenance needed and don't have to worry about them rotting or attracting insect and other animals.

 

Real ones I think would look cool though and be interesting to see how big they could grow some of theirs. Be really nice to have a real pumpkin patch during Halloween Haunt as well too. But I think the negatives outweigh the positives when it comes to real ones.

I agree on the fake pumpkins, as cool as it would be, you would have to have someone doing a lot of maintenance throughout the whole year to get them to grow properly. And yes, insects LOVE pumpkins, so that could cause issues as well, especially with bees.
