I figure it's at least 1987 because of Vortex in the background but before 1993 (Paramount) EDIT: Upon further review, it looks as if Vortex is under construction, so I would presume winter of '86 then. Imagine having the Star like that on the KI Christmas tree, and if KI brought the floral shrubs back, they could add some lights on them as well. International Street would be even more amazing!
