Here are the pass perks rewards I received this month from BGT. Interesting enough, they already have the rewards lined up for next year.:

Just a heads up, express starts at 4pm for Premier passes.

Honest typo, been a USOAP Premier pass holder for years and it still gives value. (Fun fact I’m back in FL and will be using this true pass perk this evening!)

I have the Preferred Pass. It’s nice getting special perks, benefits, surprises, giveaways, etc. Instead of suffering a bait-and-switch and the phrase, “their complaint is as adorable as it is predictable” is tossed around internally by one of our favorite employees when people bring up that the benefits delivered did not match the benefits advertised.

I got a UOAP magnet and had a special viewing area for the parade the other day. I felt valued.

So idk where you got your magnet but they were out of them on Friday & Saturday unfortunately. Absolutely enjoyed the parade viewing as it was a nice spot to view the parade and it’s an added perk to the overall value of the pass. I think if CF gave the pass holders, gold, silver and Prestige, merchandise options or at least a culture like Universal does would do wonders for the overall mindset of the passes. It’s the small things that Universal does that puts them above the rest of the competition out there, which to be frank even though it’s a large Florida chain park it feels like a small park when it comes to the pass benefits.

I was pleasantly surprised when I learned that the park & the hotels ships your merchandise to your house for a small charge. I didn’t have enough space for the throw blanket and it actually arrived pretty quickly. (For context I bought it on Saturday night, shipped Sunday arrived today via FedEx). Having that service would be a Godsend for a park like CP/KI.

I got mine at the Five & Dime shop. It's the exit gift shop for Bourne.

At KI you get a VIP lounge. Busch Gardens Tampa quietly removed theirs:

Apparently, this used to be a nice sit-down restaurant. It's such a beautiful building with a great overlook over the safari area. What a waste to use it as just a (former) passholder lounge and a (terrible) counter-service pizza place.

KI doesn't have much room to talk - our sit-down restaurant is now used for a buffet on select nights with upcharge desserts :P

I was lucky enough to eat there around 2000 or so when it was the original Crown Colony House.  It was a very nice, relaxing sit-down full service restaurant.  Tables had linens, waiters were in formal attire, full bar, high-end menu. (If I recall I believe I had filet mignon) Here's a couple pics I took on one visit there back in the day...
