Well, opening day is on a home stretch. It's been a very fast offseason (thank God!) and we're already looking at our first PKIC meeting day at the park!! Now, opening day is Friday, April 9th. We realize that a lot of you guys will have work or school so if we meet, we'd meet from like 5-8 or so (the park closes at 8 that night). Would you guys be willing to do this? Also, for those of you who have gone to opening day in the past, how busy is it generally? If we get a good response, we'll start a roster in a few days or so.

I will not be able to make it but Ill be going there on the second day of operation.

I can't make it either, but am looking forward to a PKIC day at the park some time this season.

If you guys can't make it, don't sweat it.. there will be PLENTY of PKIC days this year.

What about on the second day of the season? The first day seems kinda weird since most people wont be able to make it

I will not be there, I will be going sometime in June.

I'll be there on opening day ot the saturday after, depending on weather. But i plan on being there from opening to about 6pm

Planning (fingers crossed) to make it the weekend of the 17th - Trouble's birthday. Usually don't make it til mid-June, they kindly moved Spring Break back two weeks this year.

There's a slight chance I'll make it because the baby isn't due until the end of April. I'd feel guilty about leaving Mrs. Chef alone in case an early delivery. But I REALLY REALLY REALLY miss PKI. What to do???

I don't think I'm going the first day not sure really. It depends all on when my parents deside to take me. I hope to go though.
