Dane Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 Due to the extremely large size of the PKICentral.com database, while upgrading to Invision 2.0.4, we times out on the database during mid run. This p corrupted the entire database and we needed to restore. Therefore, 6 days of post, updates, and news have been lost. I sincerely apologies for this computer made error. Sorry for the inconvenience. Quote

CoastersRZ Posted June 18, 2005 Posted June 18, 2005 I didn`t even notic anything different until I came across this thread. Oh well, life will move on. And at least it occured when the site was undergoing upgrades (however minor they may be.) Keep up the great work on maintaining the site we like to call PKIC! Quote
Dane Posted June 18, 2005 Author Posted June 18, 2005 It was a upgrade from IPB 1.3 to 2.0.4. IPB database update proggie timed out on how huge the database is and corrupted it. Quote
Reclaimer Posted June 19, 2005 Posted June 19, 2005 darn upgrades. You've just gotta love to hate 'em. I used to have to deal with a lot of DB errors on previous sites I've run for people...databases can get pretty icky. Keep up the great work! Quote
