BeastVortexFan Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 I think it would be really cool if it changed to flying!!!!! Quote
KIBeast Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 Or, the Vekoma tilt coaster concept in one of the surveys was cool. Quote
RailRider Posted July 26, 2005 Posted July 26, 2005 I would settle for a B&M inverter like the one PCW has or something like Raptor. They are classic and give one of a heck of a ride. Quote
harvesterofyoursorrow Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 Somthing that would work very well with the theme would be an Impulse coaster. You could theme the launch easily to a carrier, and the rest is up to your immagination! Quote
KIBeast Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 PCW's inverted coaster is a Vekoma, not a B&M. B&M seats four accross while Vekoma seats two accross. Quote
YoungStud Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 PCW's inverted coaster is a Vekoma, not a B&M. B&M seats four accross while Vekoma seats two accross. i am sure he met carowinds. Quote
SkootersFan Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 PCW has a Vekoma SLC Top Gun. Carowinds is a B&M Quote
KIBeast Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 PCW=Paramount's Canada's Wonderland PC=Paramount's Carowinds Just so they don't get confused any more. Quote
The-Snapper Posted July 27, 2005 Posted July 27, 2005 I would settle for a B&M inverter like the one PCW has or something like Raptor. They are classic and give one of a heck of a ride. lay off on the red Quote
coasterboy Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 i would tear it down and rebuild it as a floorless coaster with maybe five inversions, this would give PKI a much better variety of coasters than it already has. Quote
harvesterofyoursorrow Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 Well, Floorless dosnt go with the theme if you think about it. Quote
elitescr3 Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 floorlesses do rule though..... i dont think the tilt coaster is a good idea for Top Gun, something else maybe, but not Top Gun A B&M invert is by far the best bet, with impulse next best Quote
Pkirocker77 Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 I would like an inverted coaster like Raptor at CP, or Alpengiest at BGW. I'd take either company, (Vekoma or B&M) just give me a normal invert. I don't consider Face/Off a real inverted coaster. Quote
CoastersRZ Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 What about Face Off. That is an inverted coaster. You would like to see a Vekoma inverted coaster?? OUCH! While I would love to see a B&M inverted coaster, I do not forsee PKI installing one in the near future. Which is ashame, because they are really fun rides, that the gp in Cincinnati would really enjoy. I do not agree with removing Top Gun. Yes, it may be short, but it is still a good coaster, and of an extinct breed. TG was the last Arrow Suspended coaster built. I just hope that PKI ADDS to their ride collection, instead of the recent mentality of removing older classic rides in exchange for new rides. When you have a lot of room, why not expand the size of the park a little, to increase capacity? While you would have to dish out more to employess, the guests will have more to see and do, and therefor stay longer in the park. But whatever they are doing, they are doing something right since they were the number 1 seasonal theme park last year! Quote
BeastVortexFan Posted August 2, 2005 Author Posted August 2, 2005 Its just a fun idea to think a bout. still flying would be the best! Quote
bdboy007 Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 What if it was themed to Superman? like at six flags where you lay down and ride. I didn't think Viacom owned the rights to Superman but tonight I heard the Superman theme song at the front gate Quote
TOPGUN1993 Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 It probly was the TOPGUN theme song. It plays at PKI very often. Quote
Captain Nemo Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 I like the way itt is now. nothing more to be said. Quote
bdboy007 Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 No im positive it was the Superman Theme, does viacom own warner or dc comics? Quote
HelixSpiral Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 The music on I-Street is from various movies, not just Paramount movies. As said, Superman plays, as does Star Wars which is a Fox movie. Quote
Gordon Bombay Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 No im positive it was the Superman Theme, does viacom own warner or dc comics? No, Six Flags owns the ride rights to DC comic book charecters hence why every six flags park has the over done batman/superman theme. Quote
