What is your favorite steel coaster at PKI ?

I dont really know it is a toss up bewteen The Vortex and Flight of Fear. I think I might take FOF only because of the lapbars though

Vortex...

FOF by far. Huge rush of all that speed in the dark. But, the severe lack room for the lower half of your body and all of the consequences that brings is another issue. But still the winner.

probably in this order:

1. FOF (awesome from start to finish)

2. Vortex (soon to be classic)

3. The Bat (rest in peace)

3. Top Gun (not too many around. Much better than Iron Dragon at CP)

4. IJST (kinda lame, but unique to these parts)

5. face off (disorients me and makes queezey.... getting old)

I vote MILLENIUM FORCE !!!!!

Millenium Force isn't too bad... My favorite steel that I have been on has to be Expedition Ge Force. I really want to go on the High Roller at Stratosphere tower though... It might not be anything major as far as coasters go - but the fact it is a thousand feet up has got to add to it!

Favorite PKI Steel is probably Top Gun.

I find Superman at SFBE to be about as over rated as PKIs beast!

I have been on all 10 of your top 10 and only THunderhead and Topgun at Carowinds should be top 10.

Runaway Reptar is my nephews favorite so I'll stick with that.

Flight of Fear becuase it the launch is really intense. Plus the lap bras give you the extreme freedom for a looping coaster.

Vortex. That first drop is sweet.

King cobra, nothing like the airtime after the loop

FOF becuz it just gives you that out of control rush and you are in the dark the whole way.

Favorite at PKI? Vortex, because of the air on the first drop, and I like the inversions as well. I can handle the OTSRS better because I'm big.

Favorite overall? I'd say between Magnum XL-200 and Gemini at Cedar Point... Magnum has that awesome lakeside setting, and the intense airtime coming back! And Gemini is IMHO simply the best racing coaster around. Even after 27 years, it's still very smooth, has nice air, and is very interactive with the other train!

Oh, and did I mention, they race the trains?

Hmmmm. what do you think i voted for? FOF of course b/c it was my fav ride altogether to work on and ride (Also my 1st coaster to ride that goes upside down)

Greezed Lightnin is OK - but FACE/OFF owns it. It is more exciting, more intense, more fun, goes upside down three times more often and is bigger.

The only thing that I really like about GL was the short line - and the smoothness of the launch. Other than that I rank it up there with Runaway Reptar and IJST...
