screamingnight
Just wanted to know.
RailRider
Inverted all the way, B&M makes all types of great coasters but their Inverted is like nothing else, but I also wouldn't mind seeing one of their floorless multi inverters. I honestly wouldn't complain about any B&M coming to KI. Hopefully CedarFair will instal a B&M in the near future.
Gordon Bombay
^Gotta agree iwth the rail rider here, B&M inverts are pretty amazing. My favorite coaster, Top Gun the Jet Coaster down at Carowinds, is a B&M invert. The floorless are great too, Kraken down at SeaWorld is one crazy ride and as always with B&M; smooth as glass. Jasper
I would get a floorless because i have not rode one yet and i would like to ride one in the near future but i doubt PKI will be getting one before CP does. You also forgot a stand-up coster. IE Chang,Mantis, and Riddlers Revenge.
PKIVortex
I say a hyper, because Vortex is the tallest Steel coaster we have.
moore
Looks like I'm the only person who wants a Dive Machine. Really though I wouldn't complain about any B&M that we might get (well as long as it isn't a clone).
The Interpreter
What's wrong with clones? <<< Loves a good Batman ride...
coastergirl
I want one like Raptor. I love Raptor!!
screamingnight
Maybe a custom inerted coaster? I mean custom inversions, turns and custom drops. I think that would be neato!
CoastersNSich
I'd want a hyper: there are no B&M hypers in Ohio, and currently, Cedar Fair has no such installation by the duo. I don't really like the flying model that much, though I wouldn't mind a flyer as a second or other future B&M installation at KI. Plus, Raging Bull and Apollo's Chariot are two of my favorite steel coasters, and I appreciate their excellent capacity and relaiblity (especially compared to Intamin and some other coaster makes). WooferBearATL
How could ya not want an Inverted? Montu, Alpengeist, Bat Man The Ride! darn, there ain't anything wrong with any of them rides!
The Interpreter
How could ya not want an Inverted? Montu, Alpengeist, Bat Man The Ride! darn, there ain't anything wrong with any of them rides! One word. A different one for me than you. You, Mr. WooferBearATL: Goliath. Me, Nitro. Any questions?
WooferBearATL
How could ya not want an Inverted? Montu, Alpengeist, Bat Man The Ride! darn, there ain't anything wrong with any of them rides! One word. A different one for me than you. You, Mr. WooferBearATL: Goliath. Me, Nitro. Any questions? Ohhhhhh, Goliath! Ya know I actually think that Goliath is becoming my favorite Steel Coaster. My favorite Woodie will always be The Beast. There is nothing in this world like The Beast at Sunset or First thing in the morning when there is still fog over the tracks. Ohhhhh, I just love that ride!
TheKlockster
I have been on two types of B&M - Inverted and Standup. I DISPISE the standup. The inverted is amazing though. Raptor is my favorite coaster ever.
coasterbilly
honestly, if PKI wants to get on the map, get a flyer B&M style. Six Flags is the only chain in the USA with 3 flyers, if we were to get one with a different design and make it special, hello many enthusiasts and park goers! The Interpreter
At least one person here much prefers the Vekoma Flyers.... Honest....from Borg to X Flight to Batwing...I'd much prefe to ride any of them any day compared to the Superman rides at Georgia, Great America or Great Adventure. . . Steveo3631
Curious as to why floorless is winning over inverted. I find the inverted to be more intense than the floorless, but the only floorless I've been on is Kracken, my least favorite B&M
The Interpreter
....and, to be honest, Kracken is one incredible floorless coaster...second only to Medusa at Great Adventure, if even that. The novelty of riding above the track with nothing between your feet and the track is certainly a selling point.
Steveo3631
I see your point. On a floorless you can visually see more. I tend to like the inverted because of the lack of track underneath. I've yet to ride Kracken in the rear of the train, where I traditionally ride. Maybe that's where I'm missing the appeal of Kracken. But, I'd pick Fire Dragon or Montu over any other B&M . I must get to SFG to ride a Flying B&M.
KIBeast
There really wasn't any point in adding stand up to the list. There are kinda a thing of the past. Not to say there aren't any out there, but when was the last one installed? I voted inverted, but I like the floorless experience as well. Only been on one, Dominator at Geauga Lake. It really moves fast and has a killer ending with the interlocking corkscrews and helice.
TheKlockster
I have heard from a few people that the Komaflyers are better than the Supermans. Still - the non-cookie-cutter flyers like Tatsu and Air look really cool!
Gordon Bombay
but when was the last one installed? The Georgia Scorcher - built in 1999 at Six Flags Over Georgia.
KIBeast
^I figured it had been a long time. The novelty has worn off and there isn't really anything new that you can do with that style.
WooferBearATL
but when was the last one installed? The Georgia Scorcher - built in 1999 at Six Flags Over Georgia. Georgia Scorcher is a good dependable ride. It's hardly ever down and pushes a lot of folk through.
Captain Nemo
Any B&M will do for me. But if I had to choose I would want a Dive or flying. Those coasters have a thrill that the otehr rides don't have. A flying would be a cool addition.
TheKlockster
Have you ever been on either?
MrPKI
Any B&M will do for me. But if I had to choose I would want a Dive or flying. Those coasters have a thrill that the otehr rides don't have. A flying would be a cool addition. I have to agree with you, especially though on the dive machine. Why?..........They are relatively unique. Sheikra is the only diver in the U.S. (unless BGE gets one next year) And the only U.S. B&M flyers are at Six Flags parks. I think a diver would be better because it's more comfortable for more people though. Flyers aren't always the favorite for all members of the family. But a dive machine is classic sit-down coaster that every coaster-lover will love, yet it also has a few more thrilling and modern elements. THE_BEASTmaster
I voted for a B&M flying coaster. That way The Bat can make a return to the park. I wouldn't mind KI getting a new stand up and keep the King Cobra name for it.
Reon
I've never ridden a floorless, so that's what I voted. Then again, theres one down the road in GL. Same goes for flyer, though its a different company. Dive machine, no CF park has yet, but I'd prefer a Euro-Fighter if that was the case... pkidude03
I voted inverted. Top Gun at Carowinds is amazing & Dueling Dragons is awesome. Neither of the 2, or I should say 3, have mid-brakes & I love that. They are really intense also.
