flightoffear1996 Posted July 3, 2004 Posted July 3, 2004 The Vortex is not the best arrow if you count Hyper Sonic but other than that I would say yea. The Vortex and The Beast are very close but I would have to give The Beast this one for the main fact it still is a fun coaster after 25 years. It also took alot more enginneering to build The Beast. The Beast has no air time however. Quote

Xx2cansamxX Posted July 9, 2004 Posted July 9, 2004 I voted Beast. The Vortex is a good ride, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't compare to a ride on The Beast. The feeling of getting lost in the middle of the woods at night and not knowing what kind of animals could be out there. Not to mention the loud noises in the tunnels when you go through them. Quote
