Is this helicopter/aviation themed (hence their reference to "test pilots" in the press release), or is it bird themed? Or...is it just a name, and considering the source I probably shouldn't be trying to apply any themed story-telling to it?

Theming, I hope so, the line is going to be pretty slow, so lets hope there some good theming to look at with some shade. CF has a history of leaving patrons standing in the sun with little or now shade.

flightoffear1996 Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 I think the listed 400 riders per hour is horrible I mean on a slow day with 10,000 people in the park not everyone could ride it. I really wish they would get about 800-850 riders an hour.

flightoffear1996 Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 A dual station is like having two loading platforms so you can load two trains at the same time and it has a switch track so you can have one track and two stations. Here is the dual station from Air.

They have a piece of track at the station exit and station entrance, that rotates so they can dispatch from either station. Someone else may be able to explain it better.

Cory Butcher Posted February 7, 2007 Posted February 7, 2007 They did have the dual loading station at GL, however as many people here will tell you this plan was not executed very well there at all. They frequently only used one side of the station.
