Dare I mention that at least part of this ride looks to be ready on opening day, unlike something else that recently lost an inversion. . .

Why did they even remove the inversion in the first place.

#1 reason - reliability :)

Not to sound too negative but the replacement to the inversion looks to be a little lacking. I was never fortunate enough to ride the ride before it lost the zero-g roll, but I always thought and heard that it was the best part. Now theRobin side looks almost like a launched Vekoma boomerang.

Having ridden it many, many times in its "before" state, perhaps more than either Flight of Fear, I will reserve comment on the new Chiller until after I have ridden it...which I hope may be as early as opening day! :)
