I’m in the same boat tonight. The more I think about it, the less thrilled I am to get in the car to drive 1:15 just to drink some hot chocolate, eat and catch a few shows all while freezing.

It looks as if “Harbor House” was possibly referring to the smokehouse in SC.

So Knott’s has a cute shirt for their “Merry Farm”. (You’ll see me wearing this and/or one of the other 2 shirts I got out there last week at KI next year.) Has anyone seen something special for Winterfest?

I was happy to see at Knott’s they have a big tree in the park and a photographer there. I’m out here on vacation & work and 2 people from my team that live out here went with me!

I noticed as I was leaving around 7 Sunday that none of the Funpix photogs were out front. I’m guessing that’s because 1) the lenses on those actually decent cameras aren’t fast enough for low light and 2) they could use the flash but none of them know how or 3) they have no idea how to make a picture look good with all the Christmas lights in the background.

Simply amazing. And this place is packed.

I was about to ask if you got the soup with the mac & cheese. Are the tots to sub for M&C?

Dumb pics like this with your best friend totally makes it worth it. I just wish the sizing was different. A 9x12 is the only size that doesn’t cut off something.

I downloaded a little over 100 between KI, 2 trips to CP, a full day at KD and a ride on Fury when I was passing through Charlotte.

I think ordering kiosks at more locations would help alleviate some of the issues. Seems like the hold up is always the cashier. If they got the ones like they are using at the newer Speedway Cafes, they’d be good to go. Those things are fast and user friendly.

I’m going to guess 4/13/17 as season pass preview night. So here’s the countdown!

My wait time for everything at Knotts is 36 day s!

I’ve been on MT 4x, Beast 2x and in line for DB 4th ride. And I can’t feel my fingers.

Beast opened about 11:30 and Diamondback is getting ready to open.

Mine will be determined after I freeze Sunday on MT and DB, provided DB is open.

I got there early for pass holder preview. Once they let us in and the line formed, it took about 45 minutes to ride. I rode with Liz who had rode like 12 times the night before.

I’m guessing they are all the same, but what I got were rolled up corn tortillas that had seasoning on them.

I had no idea what Takis was until last weekend when I found them at a Family Dollar. [emoji23]

The Tom+Chee bbq bacon I had on season pass preview night was 10x better than it was last Friday. The first time it has good crispy bacon and crunchy chips. Last Friday they had a bin on chopped up bacon that was chewy and only a few crushed up chips. I was not impressed at all with this downgrade.

That’s cool! I’d be down for one of those if it was a mid to dark gray!

I don’t know that I recognize people from here, but I recognize them from repeatedly seeing them when I’m there. The only one I know I’ve met is Liz.
