I am not sure if Skillet is going to be there. I believe they will be at Kings Fest (Kings Dominion) on July 10th. I am hoping they will come here as well.

What is weird now is that the host of that show is now doing commercials for TGI Fridays.

Well, I am not going to see the Cyclones on Sunday for obvious reasons (look at avatar). But I invite all Cyclones and Bombers fans to come up to the Nutter Center, in Dayton (Oct.20 7:00 p.m.), to watch the first game for the battle of the Cricket Cup.

I think Kings Island should have two webcams, one pointing toward International Street and one pointing toward IJST and Vortex. Our family would also call KCKC the "big log ride" and Kings Mill the "little log ride." I really enjoyed the drop the most on KCKC. KCKC was the ride that made my mom afraid of rollercosters/heights. The highest coaster she has been on since is Adventure Express, and the reason she rides this is because it has a curved drop instead of a traditional drop.

I guess I will need to go down on the 21st and wear my Dayton Bombers jersey

That is the exact reason why I have only ridden Drop Zone once. If we were stuck I seriously would have a heart attack from the anxiety of not knowing when we were going to drop.

Another thing that would be great for future events would be to have someone take a group photo.

My brother and I had a great time yesterday! I enjoyed the Q & A the best because everyone asked great questions and plus it was so comfortable in there. Eventhough we weren't able to do the last two events all the other events were great! I thought the ticket ordering process was a little confusing (basically because of that "supplied password" page). If there is another KICenteral Event, I think it would be awesome to go through the maintenance shops.

Hello, I just wanted to let everyone know that TVU (a Columbus Christian Rock TV Station) is at Kings Island. On their website it says they are suppose to be there all weekend. Right now, they are doing their countdown show and between videos the host talks about Kings Island. So far he has done some of the show at the top of the Eiffel Tower, and they showed viewers the park from up there. You can watch this online at http://tvulive.com

Lightning Racer at Hersheypark is the smoothest wooden coaster that I have ever been on. The Hurricane at the late Myrtle Beach Pavilion was the roughest wooden coaster I have ever been on, but I believe that was more of a track issue and not a train issue.

I would love to know what station you got that news from. I believe ACE has designated Racer as a landmark coaster joining The Beast. Don't you love how news stations can get something so simple so wrong?

Hello, This was my brother and I's second visit to Kings Island this year. I was wearing my black 2007 Kelly Cup Playoffs Dayton Bombers vs. Idaho Steelheads shirt if anyone saw me. We got there around 1:30 and headed straight back to Firehawk. The employee at the beginning of the line said it was a two hour wait which didn't seem so bad compared to some of the wait times I have heard. When we got in line they were running the red train and having the yellow train cycle with no passengers. After waiting 30 minutes they began loading the yellow train with passengers, using both stations. This caused the line to move a lot quicker and it was only a 30 minute wait longer to get in line at the station. While in the station it seemed the yellow train broke down as some maintenance workers walked to the ride ops and they didn't load the yellow train. This allowed us in the red train to go next. I love when the cars lay flat. I think the best parts of the ride were when we flipped over and the loop. Overall Firehawk is awesome and I can't wait to go back and ride it again. When we got back into the station they still hadn't loaded the yellow train. We then headed over to The Beast which had about a 30 minute wait. Still a great rollercoaster. Then we did the Dodgems, good times! Then we rode recaR, red train. The ride ops were racing the trains perfectly, very fun. I love this ride, it is soo smooth and give great airtime especially while going past the theatre. We then rode Adventure Express, Delerium, and Top Gun. I personally don't like riding Top Gun because I never really trusted the restraints, but since they added the belts we decided to ride it. When we got to the top I remembered another reason why I don't ride Top Gun so much. For some reason when you get to the top and turn to go into the drop I get this feeling like the car is going to fall off the track. I don't get this feeling while riding Face/Off. But once we got to the drop I felt safe and Top Gun is a great ride. It was a great day and perfect weather. I can't wait to go back again.
