Is there somewhere on the PKI website that talks about Fear Fest? I have looked all over it and can only find Winterfest things. There has to be somewhere on the website that talks about it but I must be looking in the wrong place.

Get rid of the entire building and start over or keep the same building and just re-theme it? Didn't that building start out as a boat ride with A Small World theme?

Are you kidding? I think they have less rides for little kids. They are Ohio's roller coast. Big coasters is usually why people go to CP and come to PKI for the family rides.

If the trailer is a permanent resident don't they have a limited amount of time to change the plates over? Also, The SOB trailer was gone for a short time at the beginning of the year so it was temporary. They brought it back once the season was in full swing but if it was not a permanent fixture. Why would they haul it back to Florida for the off season? Do they use them for other parks during our off season?

We have noticed this at the Scooby Doo ride all summer long with our walk on passes. Only once has there been someone to help with the merge. I'm sorry that this happened to you. It makes it even worse that they were using bad language becuase it really is a "kids" ride. With that many kids around it probably scary for them to see also.

I can't wait for Fear Fest! Halloween is probably my favorite time of the year. I love the ghost stories and fall colors and everything about October! I say bring it on!!!

I love Nick Central but my heart lyes with HB. My kids love Spongebob but I have also heard from their mouth that they love Yogi stealing picnic baskets. I guess that my husband and I still love cartoons and watch the old school toons so my preteen kids know them both. I will be very sad to see HB leave next year and see Spongebob take over the world.

MF and Raptor have the longest lines. Like someone said earlier, if you start at the back of the park and work your way up the Raptor line shouldn't be too bad. Don't waste your time with Disaster Transport. It's really not worth it.

I agree with you. I thought Iron Dragon was very boring compaired to Top Gun. When I rode Iron Dragon I was waiting for something big to happen and it never did. I rode Top Gun on Tuesday and made the comment that it was still a good coaster even though it's short. I would love for them to fix the special effects on it. That would make it even better. It's a great coaster for people who may not be ready for the big coasters but need something bigger then The Beastie.

First off maybe the "larger guests" should go on a diet so they can fit properly into the cars. If they are that much over weight it probably is not safe for them to be riding in the first place. Secondly I was not complaining about the ride. In my original post I said it was a great ride so back off

It was the first coaster that I went on that went upside down. It was not great ride and I remember always feeling sick to my stomach after I got off of it.

I may not know the correct term for where it was stuck but I think you know exactly what I was talking about. I do have other things in my life that are a little more important then coaster terminology.

Because we are in a family competition with our children. We are tracking who rides the most rides this year and standing in line for more then that and not knowing when it would come back up is not practical. You can't win a competition just standing around!! Also the lines were not very long today and I have already been on it 9 times this year.

If they would just redo the trains and give them lap bars like FoF and SOB it would make Vortex so much better. My head gets so bumped around on the ride it's not even funny. Other then that it's a great ride. On a side note, Vortex was stuck today with 2 trains on the track. One on the first lift and one on the second. Does anyone know how long they were stuck? We gave up and got out of line after about 5 minutes. It was so hot today I felt so sorry for them stuck in the sun.

Yep. That's the way to ride it. We hardly ever get beat up if we ride in the front of the train in a middle seat. Never over the wheels.

We looked into this last year and they told us that we would be able to get into the park with the passes but the passes wouldn't be good for any of the other perks. So if you don't care about the free parking, walk on rides, meal deals and early rides it would be worth it. Plus you would have to go to PCW to have them processed.

I just thought they were boring. There is so much hype around MF and my expectations were very high for it and it just didn't live up to them. The first hill is tall but other then that there was nothing exciting about it. I got off the ride feeling very let down.

Raptor is my favorite. Wicked Twister is also good one. They were the only ones I felt like it was worth waiting for. I was disappointed with MF and Magnum XL. They are good coasters but I thought they were really over rated. TTD was not working when we were there so we didn't get to ride it. Disaster Transport is a joke! I would pass on that one for sure!
