Those people took that risk and were aware of it when they bought their tickets, it happens to everyone, you have a right to complain, but no right to be rude to employees.

Did I say you were rude to employees? Uhm, no, how about we read and study our grammar skills. I said guests in general have no right to be rude to employees and that you and those guests took the risk of rides being broken down upon your purchase, the rides are machines, it even says on the back of your ticket that no attraction is guaranteed.
On the back of the ticket it says, "customer satisfaction guaranteed."
...And I was not satisfied.
