I know it has been mentioned else where on the site, but I finally got to ride the Crypt today and I must say I love that they added Inception music!!! It was a nice fit to me. While my sister was complaining about the ride, I was amazed at much the music added to the ride. Nice addition KI! I also enjoyed the darkness of the ride itself.

I was riding on Diamondback and we were going up the first hill. The guy behind me yells "geesh, this is steeper than Millennium Force!" I couldn't help but think that can't be true. Needless to say I had to do some research to figure out the truth, but the answer is obvious.

Random, but my family was at Cedar Point on Sunday as well. The waits were not bad at all. It's great to Cedar Point at the end of the season for that reason. Glad to hear you had fun.

I agree with the people who are worried that the kids may not like it, nor will they relate to it as much as Nick U. My nephew who is 4 loves Spongebob, Dora, and pretty much every character over there. But I am sure he will adapt as long as some of his favorite rides are still there. I love how colorful the area is currently, so hopefully it doesn't lose its luster there.

Hello all, I have been a member since 2006, but I am mostly and have always been a lurker. I enjoy reading all the rumors and always read good info about the park when I first started reading the site. I always enjoy reading the PTR's and hearing about trips to other parks rather than KI. I have noticed an increase in people fighting and arguing over stuff that has no reason to be discussed. It takes away from the atmosphere of the site that used to exist. I hope people can continue to enjoy the site, and enjoy all the exciting, but mostly rumors that we read, and enjoy reading the PTR/TR without having rude or unneccessary comments.

Lance from Screamscape had an interesting thought about all of this saying that maybe the aquatrax tweet was really a question like "why would cp do that?" because apparently someone else had started that rumor. IDK though, you can check that on screamscape.com.

Can't wait to hear more about your trip! Off topic: But I thought Fruitopia was gone as well! One day it was here, and then I swear, the next day it was gone haha. Nice to hear it is still around.

haha, they could definitely just use some restrooms back there in general. I feel like you have to walk all the way down towards Spongebob, or over to the area across from Adventure Express. Those seem spread out from that area.

When I went to KI on 7/19, the ride op was counting DB in this same manner. I was in the single rider line, and I noticed a couple of trains go by with two seats open. The ride op also decided that she would start from the back and then work her way to row 1. People who were in front of the line kept asking to be put closer to the front because that is where they were expecting to sit.

I don't remember the game, but at CP I wandered off from my family and found a cheap game. It was near the area of Maxair, but Maxair wasn't there yet. The game was something easy because I won a medium sized stuffed pink dog! Happiest day of my life...okay not really, but I was shocked to win something.

It may have been cool today, but it was a good day to go weather wise IMO. A friend of mine, who does not frequent the park had asked me if I wanted to go today. I didn't want to go because it was Saturday and I knew it would be crowded. Fortunately, she couldn't go today lol. I looked at the DB webcam to see the line, and I was pleased that she decided not to go. At 11am the line was already at the sign.

lol, I definitely meant X2. I was thinking about the ride being a 4-D experience, so I hit the 4 instead of 2. You guys do not miss a beat.

The only one that is in order is number 1. 1. X4 at Six Flags Magic Mountain. 2. Voyage at Holiday World 3. Manta at Sea World 4. Goliath at Six Flags Over Georgia 5. Oblivion at Alton Towers in UK (I will probably never get there.)

Great pictures! I really liked the Manta photos. Those are two parks I haven't been to since I was about 5, Busch Gardens and Sea World. I would love to go and ride Manta, and Journey to Atlantis.

That's horrible your stuff was taken. KI has really big problem with line jumpers and they really need to act fast. I bet if petty thief reports rise, they would lose money, and then just maybe they would pay more attention to the actions of the guests.

I have heard a lot of these same things but it was my boyfriend's friend who said "They closed SOB because someone died." and then he said "Well, someone got their legs chopped off at Kings Island on Drop Tower." He was so sure I was wrong for saying that happened at Six Flags on a ride similar to Drop Tower.

I used to love this. I think this is my favorite action theater movie..right after Spongebob haha .

I enjoyed your PTR. It made feel like I was there. I haven't been in about two years and I am ready to go back? But no Poseidon's Fury?? It's a pretty interesting show because you are walking through out it. I agree with Avatar, you need at least 2 days, in those parks. I was about to feel horrible had you missed Spiderman. That ride amazes me everytime haha. The theming for the Hulk makes it feel like a laboratory, so it's pretty tame. And the Dueling Dragons line is amazing, I so agree with you. I am blind without my glasses and I had to walk through the line without them, and I was so scared haha. The Mummy is awesome! Did you get to ride the Hollywood Rip Rock It, Terminator or the Disaster/Earthquake?

Just today, i realized why I never got any airtime on DB, and it was because I had pushed the restraint down to tight. Today, I stopped at the click right before so my thighs didn't get stapled down, and boy, did I ever feel the airtime.

When I rode DB for the first time, I had a purse that went over the shoulder, and I thought I had safely snugged down in the seat. Well, needless to say, over the second hill my purse got some major hang time, and it scared me cause I thought a bird was attacking me. I did grab it right away and held it for the rest of the ride.
