  1. I think I agree with SonofBaconator. Why the diagonal supports? If you look at this photo of Talon's construction of the transfer track/ storage shed, there are no diagonal supports. So maybe this isn't an inverted, but a B&M (if this is what it is) coaster with the trains on the track.
  2. Then tell that to Cedar Point who just installed a B&M coaster with inversions THIS YEAR.
  3. No it's not, Insane Speed at Janfusun Fancyworld doesn't have a zero-g roll either. Here's a picture of the roller coaster.
  4. It looks like they're getting ready to pour the cement for that triangle footing.
  5. A majority of us have already mentioned about that Thursday when Lance did the update.
  6. So now you're an expert in steel fabrication? I guess you work at Clermont Steel to know these things. (end sarcasm)
  7. I like Speed Demon
  8. Obviously my cousin's friend wasn't able to tell from The Beast and Son of Beast. He was certain The Beast was getting demolished this year and my cousin told him it was the "other" Beast.
  9. Read the "Terms of Service" lately? Sorry I had to. Back to the image I posted, I was referring to how the satellite captures the action of one vehicle/object in motion. Like I said I'm sure that's the same train.
  10. Just now noticed this on Google Earth of Superman: Krypton Coaster. I'm pretty sure it's the same train, but it's neat how a satellite captures an image.
  11. Because the park wants to have one and make more money?
  12. So, Big Sexy, you care a little bit if the ride was rough then. THE_BEASTmaster, who just had to again.
  13. That is actually a second triangular footing being prepped for concrete. The other one is still there, they are both circled in the photo below:
  14. ^ Diamondback is 230ft tall and goes 80mph, while Leviathan is 306ft tall and goes 92mph.
  15. Nemesis at Alton Towers uses the terrain (somewhat) even though the land was dug out first.
  16. ^^But he didn't say that, he said Arrow steel coasters.
  17. I see a total of 73 still operating. Some are over 30 and some aren't even at 30 yet. There are 4 that are 30 years old. http://rcdb.com/r.htm?nm=na&ex=1&co=6835&st=93&ot=2
  18. There's already a thread on this. Its called "Starting to Decode 2014".
  19. Or a floorless coaster, a sitdown coaster, a stand up coaster, or a dive machine. Those supports could be for any non inverted B&M coaster.
  20. Speaking of triangular footings on B&M coasters, Diamondback has one on the bottom of the 213ft drop as shown here:
  21. Did Diamondback get inversions this year? THE_BEASTmaster, who just had to.
  22. I'm pretty sure he has mentioned it on here. I remember him saying something about the station being used for Wolfpack only.
  23. According to Don Helbig, he said that the SoB station is being used for Wolfpack for years to come. It's not being used for the 2014 project. He mentioned it a couple of times on the forums.
  24. It would be awesome if you were basing this off the foliage in the picture. Yes I was! Actually I was looking at the date on the photo album sorry for the confusion.
  25. According to the photos of the announcement it looks like early August, maybe the 6th? Edit: You beat me to it, Terp! Man, you're quick.
