The only problem is I really have nobody to hang out with if I don't go with a date. It's a long story filled with a lot of high school drama not worth mentioning. Sooo....I don't know. If I could find a group of friends to go with or a date I would be happy to go. It's frustrating.

Prom is just a waste of money in my opinion. Why use the money for a dress I will wear only once when I can go to Kings Island for the day???

Haha. I thought that at first but even with the crowds I would still get a couple good rides in....hopefully....

So it is my senior year and I was having trouble making plans for prom so instead I was thinking about going to The Island for a day. I was checking out the calendar and saw that May 2nd is Music in The Parks. I know the park is going to be insanely crowded because I have gone to this even with the band before. Any ideas on how to avoid some of the crowds? Any little bit of advice would help! I think a day at the park would be better than me by myself at prom so help me out!!

There were groundhog(I think) tunnels all around the gassy area by the Eiffel Tower. There was one path that hit a lamp pole and then went around it. Hysterical.

Very true. The smoking tends to be a problem too. I remember asking a guy to stop smoking and he actually blew the smoke in my face.

^^I agree completely!! It so amazing how much speculation me and my friends were making! Down to the color and length of the "ride" lol. Where does time go??

The line jumping really is bad. I've never seen anybody punished for it either. It's hard to tell someone without getting out of the line yourself.

The Beast....hands down!!! The experience is one you will never forget!!! On your next trip it is a must!!!

Mine was the King Cobra. I was around 10 or 11 I can't remember haha so it was about eight years ago!!

I have sooo many shirts. my dad has a fred flinstone and scooby doo shirt I have tons of The Beast shirts and a green hoodie that I love. my mom has a shirt from the parks anniversary but i can't remember what year. but my favorite thing I have is a shirt with shaggy and scooby on it with the KI skyline in the b/g.

I am so excited for ride warriors weekend!! This will be the first chance I get to meet you guys!! I've never had a chance to do one of these special events!!

If I can remember correctly that scooby had the plastic eyes where the black parts were able to move around and stuff. I could be completely wrong about that and I probably am. I sound quite stupid right now.
