  1. I doubt that, WEBN would have had something more insane and off the wall.
  2. I don't think that would work out, a Chaos and a Giga, I mean it would be cool, but Chaos is old technology by now and I doubt a big park like PKI would use something like it as a new ride.
  3. I don't think I would like it, it would get rid of the plant near misses, I just think they should get a new train, and everything would be fine.
  4. Yea, I heard that Anaconda had problems with it's tunnel during construction also.
  5. If they got a Chaos it would be with a coaster, because Chaos's aren't expensive at all.
  6. I'm fairly sure they'll tear it out sometime soon, or when they need to, that's probably a good 3-4 acres right there, they could use it for a nice SERVICE restraunt, or part of a coaster, or some old style flats, it would push some more people back to Rivertown.
  7. Maybe that's because it is, in 2000 you could walk on anything on a week day, now you gotta wait typically 15-20 mins.
  8. It's good and worth the 18 bucks, I believe you can get them for 13 at Blockbuster, also the site was just updated. http://www.pkifearfest.com
  9. Yea, Beast has just the perfect Ambience to it. I wonder if they are going to add like eerie lights to it and other rides for Fear Fest,w hich will be the best yet.
  10. There was a Fear Fest commercial on Nickelodeon today at about 4:45, it shows a girl and she gets all scared because she hears something, than she goes upstairs hearing the Friday the 13th ::chi chi chi ah ah ah:: but she opens the door and it's her brother on one of those Fisher Price toys, pretty funny commercial good job WEBN and PKI.
  11. I think it's a gravity driven ride, which would explain why it's probably a cheaper ride than Tomb Raider.
  12. Yea, me too Jovian, it says on the ticket that not all attractions will be open, so I'm doubting anything besides MAYBE Tomb Raider running a more extreme program. Now Fear Fest has generally all the coaster's open, but you can only take the Coney path to Rivertown aseverything else is closed off.
  13. Now if Son of Beast had tons of trees and tunnels like The Beast, ya it would be the Supreme Ruler, but that's not going to happen so The Beast is and always will be god.
  14. Is that Chaos like the one at Cedar Point, if so go fo rit, I need to master the skill of flipping it, as when I went up to Cedar Point it was an OK ride, but the problem with it is I got stuck with some 6 year old, whou wouldn't help me rock it. Don't replace Shake Rattle and Roll either, put it in one of the 200 free acres they have.
  15. It's has to be somewhere between 35-50 m.p.h. I'm guessing.
  16. Yea that does bother me, I want a just skid break Beast back and I'll be happy.
  17. And it also depends on the fact if it's information we can tell or not, as an employee I had to sign a contract that said that if I was told any confidential information that I would not disclose it.
  18. Yea, 10 and 2 are as close your going to get without having the car ripped off and slung into Son of Beast; which would be the case if it swung all the way around. It is definitely going to be intense, pulling 4.5 g's at the bottom and -4.5 at the top.
  19. That does sound funny, I'm sure if he said why there were technical difficulties he would have been fired. Anything not released to the public is disclosed information.
  20. Yea, I know it was going alot faster, but it was slower than it had been all season Saturday morning, I don't know if it was because the track was cool or what, but it just wasn't up to normal par.
  21. Actually I believe the track is still there, but they took out the cars and all signs it was there, it's been gone for about a year now, alot of people went to Coney's cars and why ruin the ozone layer for a couple extra people riding, plus it was a cost issue, why pay for 4-5 extra workers when you can cut them and the gas.
  22. Yea, it probably will make you want to there is tons of airtime I'm betting and alot of force changes
  23. Yea, the one problem is Hypersonic XLC hasn't been closed ALL year, just until June or July I believe, with a prototype like that you are bound to have problems. I have also heard good things, and they have FoF there too. I would like to ride Anaconda and Volcano they look like fun rides.
  24. To tell the truth, I've heard Frisbees are great, so a Giant one can't be bad, but than again some people REALLY disliked Tomb Raider, so I guess anything is possible. It's something we need a good flat/thrill ride.
  25. Yea, I haven't been to Water Works in 2 years, but if they added something new, I'm sure I could make an appearance. As I said in other posts, anything could help to send some of the crowds in the park over there.
