  1. I gotta agree with ya there. The Beast is addictive, too.
  2. Now, who couldn't be addicted to our scooters? I rode them last weekend once before my shift, and they were so cool, that I want to come early saturday and do it again.
  3. Yes they did have a live holiday show in the Paramount Theater....and a d@mn good one at that, they also had a great show in the Festhaus. The movie you remeber seeing was the old Cinema 180* movies in the building that now houses lazer tag. Those movies were always really fun to watch....it just sucked that you had to sit on the floor. But I do remember a 3-D type of movie in the Paramount theater....I just wish I could remeber when they had it and what the theme of it was. yeah, I remember the show. I was about seven when I saw it, and since I was little, I didn't mind sitting on the floor(at least it was carpeted!). Nobody in my family liked that movie, mainly because when we saw it it was crackly, and all you did was see a view from different seats on different rides at pki. Some of which included The Beast.
  4. I'm not sure if they are closed down or not-I think with all of the expensive things they have there, and the fact that they are not a full-scale park, they probably are closed down. I haven't been there since I was 12.
  5. After riding the screechin eagle a good 35 times without getting off, I got a little bored of it. Besides, there are only two big kid roller coasters in the whole park. One of them being an eight-person coaster, no larger than The Beastie. I do admit their scooters are cool, but ours are cooler.
  6. I'd say the same thing as Yogi. The thing is, though, there is a difference between theme parks and amusement parks. Americana is an amusement park. It has no theme, dull rides, and dull games. PKI is a theme park. It's theme is the movies. We ride rides with the same names as movies. We play games that are themed to a certain part of the park. We hear different music depending on which part of the park we are in, because our park is THEMED. Need I say more?
  7. Yogi's got a point... this topic has come up one too many times within the past few weeks. perhaps you should read some bulletins before you make your own, just so that you won't be redunant and tick everyone off.
  8. What can I say? I was so obsessed with pki, that I got a job there... sounds cool to me. When I was smaller, I used to call it my second home.
  9. A certain one of our sups told me that happened last year. Some people's heads are softer than others. Do our heads have the same hardness as concrete? the whole point here is, this guy's an idiot.
  10. He had his own tv show, Home Cooking with Charles. He was in Theme Park Secrets on the Travel Channel. IMO that makes him a celebrity. I feel so lucky now! I buckled him into Delirium on my first day on the job.
  11. You guys have a point. If it actually happened, someone here would have known about it. AND, if a penny falling from Slingshot can break open someone's head, then a full popcan can kill someone instantly(and explode on impact).
  12. I thought TR said, "Any last words?"
  13. You can get kicked out of the park for something like that. And we'd be looking at a lawsuit if someone got hurt. Not smart.
  14. While watching tv a few years ago, I could have sworn I saw a quick clip of Aaron Carter riding The Vortex. (Not that I like him, or anything) Would you guys know of any celebrities that have ridden our rides?
  15. Well, people do get scared by watching fictional shows on tv. Take this one ER for example. They had an episode where the terrorists got a hold of the smallpox virus and set it loose. What happened afterward? I find myself getting another booster shot at the doctors office, because my parents are scared. I hope this wont affect pki's business too much.
  16. I have the dish, too. That's how I'm taping it.
  17. With my past job at the Museum Center, at least once a weekend, my boss would accidentally drop her radio in the water at the Waterworks exhibit in the children's museum. So far, she's ruined 8.
  18. You're right, he's not as understanding as Sarah is, but at least he keeps everyone on their toes while working, while Sarah keeps everyone smiling.
  19. I was going to say that the station looked familiar.
  20. That's it! I'm taping it!
  21. I vote Josh, he's always been nice to me, ever since I met him, and because he's always smiling.
  22. Where were they in pki, and what is there now?
  23. I like all sups at AZ. Especially Jeremy and Sarah. So compassionate.
