  1. I'm excited to see all the entries. I love these things.
  2. ^Thanks for that tip. Perhaps we should compile research about the larger and smaller rows.
  3. I could fit the first time, but not the second time. I'm not going to try again until I manage to lose some weight. I never thought my thighs were that big, but apparently they are. I think the restraints are an inherent design flaw. Considering the times, I think these should be more accommodating. People were getting turned away left and right Friday, myself included. I may be missing something, but why can't the clicks start sooner? Would it be any less safe? I think not.
  4. I'm thrilled to see these times. I can't wait to ride DB this late. Ksings and I are planning on camping out in my car to avoid an hour drive and hotel fees. Any ideas on parking?
  5. Hah! Yeah, I think it was Andrew Zimmerman, Nick.
  6. Chase Webb, add me!
  7. There seemed to be some work done behind the WWC area. It looked rather barren between the railroad and Canyon. I noticed fewer trees and new transformers and power boxes.
  8. I'm going to submit something. Looks like I now have something to do all week.
  9. I'm going to agree with you guys. That was one massive Gold Pass mob.
  10. ^Nice one. Perhaps 50 posts, but for date restricted events like Ride Warriors, have a joined date on the back.
  11. It certainly had been awhile. It certainly is unbelievable. I can't wait to ride again. Well...when there's less of me.
  12. Cory, next time I see you, I owe you a hug.
  13. Good for you! That line was remarkably shorter at night. I'm getting the feeling I'll never have to wait more than an hour for DB. [Knocks on wood]
  14. I don't blame you. I haven't done Skyflyer before, but I have done Slingshot. I love it, but I'm a bit of a tightwad, so 5 bucks usually, 10 at the very most.
  15. No, no. I didn't take it like that. I'm glad as well. Without that effort I know I wouldn't have been smiling on my drive home last night.
  16. Good point. ...Embedded RFID tags, embedded RFID tags!
  17. I didn't get a t-shirt either. I got in line for the ERT, but tried the test seat and the guy said I wouldn't fit. So I walked over to the exit and sat. There I met gabelogan who also couldn't fit, sorry bud. Later, when I met up with gigacoaster, violakat, PhantomTheater, pkiruler, and keiko_coaster, they forced me on. Kat reassured me the test seat was inaccurate. So I gave it a shot and fit with the help of Mr. Cory Butcher. Unfortunately, they had ran out of shirts by then.
  18. I got in line next to the Nick U bathrooms and ended up waiting 48 minutes. I'm impressed at that throughput of DB and the efficiency of the OPs.
  19. Kings Island wasn't built over a graveyard, but it does have one.
  20. Quite a shame to stop short of 500 pages.
  21. The ERT was an absolute mob. When the ropes were dropped for Gold Passsers things turned into chaos. For awhile, we formed a line, then things deteriorated into a swarm.
  22. Nice video, thanks for positing it! I didn't realize how much the drop shook. Incredible.
  23. Seriously! $10 is highway robbery. No wonder it's deserted. Did they add lights on top of all the buildings on I Street? Or have I missed something for a long time?
  24. ^[Chase slowly raises his hand]
  25. Angie, the one in the group pic to the right in the Alive shirt was Keeth, Ksings. And by the way, my friend, Seth, registered last night, STDegner. Thanks to you all for the encouragement with DB. It certainly raised my morale. It was great to meet everyone new, and to see familiar faces. Anyone see Terpy?
