I don't understand why people pay for pop at the park, It's so expensive. I bring a water bottle and fill it up for free. Plus it's healthy for you unlike pop. The food is way over priced, but you can make it more affordable by just doing what I do.

On Saturday this guy at Out Hanks was saying he won't go on Vortex anymore because the indoor twelve story drop messed up him. I guess his back? edit: major typos

I hope they are announcing early ride times for us! Starting tomorrow!
-
Man that blows! At least we have free parking. What time does pass processing start? I still have to do that. Do you think the lines will be long for it?
-
I'm going tomorrow for the first time this season. On the perk list posted here on the forum it said we get 30 minutes of early ride time. Have they already started this? Will we have early ride time tomorrow?
-
So nobody cares about the fact that we finally have ERT!?
-
I like the 30 minute early ride times!! It doesn't specify if this is every day, or only certain days. Also check out the late ride times at Cedar Point, I would love to be there to ride the Maverick! Too bad it's on a Wednesday though. If I have enough PTO I might have to just get up there for that.

Which ride will you go to first when Kings Island re-opens?

Firehawk, FOF, Face Off, Delrium -
Hershey Park is kind of Meh. I went last year, I'll be enjoying my first ever visit to Busch Gardens Africa instead.

Who cares. You shouldn't drink pop anyways. I drink all water, but i'll have unsweetened ice tea as an alternative to pop.

That was opening day, by the time I went in July, they shut down every coaster. The only rides still running were the flats. Even for like 10 seconds worth of sprinkles the coasters would be shut down for 20 minutes.

Oh ya, you'll have to excuse me, I tend to forget that POS even exists.
-
They close every roller coaster when it sprinkles. I was there last July 30th and 31st. Every time it would sprinkle they would shut down the roller coaster. Even if it only sprinkled for 30 seconds. Then the rides would be down for 30+ minutes because of this. Total BS. They did keep the flats running though.

Ya last year we had early ride entry and free parking for Cedar Point using our Maxx Pass from KI. It was awesome!

Because Chic Filet is effing awesome!

First of all ND sucks! (My mother in law works there) As has my mother, and my grandfather did electrical work there for a few years. My dad directs traffic for the football games on the weekends. My sister also graduated from there. We all love the school. If you don't like it, that's your problem. , Silver beach isn't in South Bend, Ya, so I can't even count that as a reason to like South Bend. lol It's still a sweet beach though. and Hacienda is where my daughter works. They put Hacienda in Evansville, but not Indy, Total BS. I am from over by the airport so if your up here every couple of months you know that area has been going through ALOT of changes. South Bend now has a Hooters yay! The town is still a **** hole! The weather up here isn't too bad. For me it is, I hate snow! We get a fraction of it down here compared to South Bend. Indy is way to busy for me, along with alot more crime. How many times have you been to Indy? I don't find it "busy" at all. It's nothing like Chicago. You can get anywhere in the city within 30-40 minutes. I live in Castleton (NE Side) and get to work within 15-20. I work downtown. It's a big city with a small town feel to it. The shopping areas are no more busy than grape road is. Well South Bend is no safe haven from Crime either, with that said, Indy's isn't bad for a city it's size. The only good things about Indy is the Brickyard, and White Castle. Also it's half way to KI from here and I would be able to go alot more often. lol Nascar blows, and White Castle gives you Diarrhea.

my quote button isnt working on my phone... ya Ive been to the bend recently im there every few months because my parents live there. after about two days i cant wait to get back to Indy. the only stuff i like about the bend is nd, silver beach is close, and hacienda. also the winter down here is 10 times more bearable even though its only 2 hours south.

not sure how this made it in here
-
thats a valid reason works for me. i still think its total bs how brown tiger is allowed to call someone an idiot in his sig though.
-
I wasnt being a jack ass im dead serious. if he decided to trespass thats his business if was caught thats on him. its stupid to sit on a message board and cast stones over something like that though. there is no reason to act like a bunch of ninnies because this guy came across something that excited him. as for you, get over yourself. you are calling someone an idiot in your sig, now that is being a jack ass.
-
Oh my, what would you do if he said he did trespass boddah? call the cops? i suppose you probably sit outside your house with a radar detector and write down the license plate numbers of speeders and send them to the cops as well. people actually do that here in the Indy suburbs.

I grew up in south bend as well. Kings Island is a great place to visit still. i live in Indy now and make the trip down to ki several times a year. time stands still in the bend perhaps thats why you were so shocked to see so many changes at ki, change is something you may not be used to living in that god awful place. lol
