I rode the train this afternoon and saw something else unusual. I saw green circles sprayed randomly on trees. I have no idea what they mean but they are everywhere. Is this marking the tree in some way to indicate "keep" or "fell". Idk. But one thing is for sure, there are many of them. -

This coaster is going to be huge if there are flags in Soak City, WWC and The Vortex. (Lol ) -

Again this could mean, ... Well anything. The gang could be saying farewell to the riders, they could be saying farewell to the ride itself (retheming), they could be saying farewell to Rivertown, and (Very unlikely) they could be saying farewell to the park. -

Apparently not Friday, but the drink could have easily been missed while a group of happy kids rushed to get on the ride. I don't blame anyone. I was a little miffed but got over it. It was a mistake that I happened to partake in. -

For getting absolutely wet, ride Boo Blasters after several kids with refillable soft drinks spill a drink in the seat. Happened Friday! What Fun! -

But, just wondering, what if the log ride were to be replaced with a much, much larger and wetter version, would you hate to see it go? -

So far for four days, no visible activity in the RiverTown area, so the Twitter from KI with the Eiffel Tower stating "Nothing to see from here, move along" is ringing true. -

7. They could create a gigantic hole at the Son of Beast grave... The son never truly died he is making his triumphant return! Wouldn't it be awesome to enter the park one day and find the graves in disarray with that giant hole there, with giant muddy footprints painted on the paths heading back to Rivertown? Could be done with a CGI commercial on FunTV. -

There is so much they can do. I like the idea of hiding hints around the park. Hunting for Easter eggs is always fun. They could drop hints about anywhere. For example, if the ride is animal/monster based they could: 1. Place huge animal foot prints in landscaping on the other side of the park. 2. Make fake claw marks on the outside of some structures. 3. Create a huge animal "nest" in some green space. 4. They could create a minor structure that is visible most of the summer to draw attention then destroy the structure, surround it with caution tape and warnings of whatever might have caused the destruction. 5. They could do fake news stories on FunTV about the mysterious happenings in Rivertown. 6. They could have sounds that trigger whenever a guest gets near a certain location. The possibilities are endless! -

I'm going to go out on a limb, (before the tree falls), and say that I don't believe this construction to be a coaster at all. I'm not sure what it is.... Just have an inkling. I think it is going to bring back the Rivertown rustic feel to the area.... And involve water in some way.... Then again maybe it's a coaster... -

Excellent observations Magenta... You just might be on to something! Keep looking for Easter eggs and reporting them... This could be fun! Venetian blinds .... Venice.... A flooded city.... -
Grizzly is the name of two coasters in the CF chain, one at Kings Dominion and one at Great America. The names may have been dropped from some merchandise or promotion, but I believe the ride names are still intact.

I'm not so sure yet myself. Some flags could be parts of other projects. Maybe WWC is getting upgrade after all the path to the ride is still incomplete. Maybe it's getting additional water features. Or maybe drainage lines are being replaced along the train and near Soak City. Some of the trees could me marked for removal for Emerald Ash Bore damage. What if WWC was getting a complete overhaul. Maybe Dinosaurs Alive is moving to this side of the park. Anything could be happening.... We won't know more until we see more or get more clues... All we know now is "Caution: Watch out for falling trees". -

Hmmm interesting. I'm going to guess that KI & MV RR is going to get a LOT of repeat business this summer. -

Did you see flags there? I' didn't see them that far back. On the outgoing trip they were right after the tunnel of WWC ( I said after the bridge but they were further on then on the return trip, they were on the right right after passing the storage shed and just before WWC loading platform. -

I think that's where the staircase to the old WWC crossover bridge was, and the concrete path is the beginning of the old queue line..... The big question is why remove everything in the funnel cake building area except for the old queue line path? If it was the old support for the queue line path, why are the faces so smooth? If I remember correctly, there was a lamp there like the one that's hanging over the fence and it was right at the base of the steps. -
