  1. I loved Gwazi, and I never thought it was rough.......After riding S.O.B, I feel that no other coaster is rough.
  2. In on team queue line. There has to be a place to queue up the riders for WWC. The line was basically cut in half afrer moving the entrance . Guess we'll find out this weekend.
  3. Wow! That looks like lots of fun. Wouldn't something like that be so cool at KI in the main park or maybe attached to the outer reaches of Soak City?
  4. Cowboy coasters are relatively cheap. Maybe they will give them out at the next coaster event! http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00DP76UPO/aaanflcowboys-20/
  5. You? Behave? Somethings I find hard to believe. https://youtu.be/F1lJFlB-89Q
  6. As I recall from my distant youth... My memory is foggy.... But it seems that the ride opened with either no cage or a partial cage with no "ceiling " cage. I remember freaking out seeing kids climb on the fence.... Then the next season having the "roof" of the cage.
  7. More tree clearing..... Behind Congo Falls and Invertigo...
  8. Interesting time to start following a corporate wide policy.
  9. Wow . Ever changing policies is a great way to lose customers.
  10. Just heard from an attendee that you can no longer snap "Woodstock Gliders" and that it is park policy. I wasn't there so I don't know. Anyone know more? For me if I can't snap, not worth my time waiting to ride it.
  11. That's a great place for a campground, and the road to get to it is already there...
  12. Ive seen it that color before too.... At WinterFest. Also, red (orange filled with dark soda ... Lol) and green cups at all the parks.
  13. If all of the trees fall, where will the tweets nest?
  14. Even though I rag Disney a lot around here, they really have food service down to an art. Even with massive crowds I never waited more than ten minutes. You order and pay and take your receipt to a counter to pick up your food. Their menus are limited to a few items and I also believe the employees might be paid a little more too. I was always greeted with a smile, and told to have a magical day.
  15. Just for giggles.... It is funny to see a chunk of Diamondback riders crane their necks to the right at the bottom of the the first drop and to their left on the return trip back just to see what's going on in the woods. Also, from the train it looks as is the blacktop leading back across the dam for Lake WWC has been removed to be replaced with concrete.
  16. Rode the train today and as we were rounding the bend into the station there is a pink flag on a stake with the words "clear cut limit" on it. I wonder what that means? I also wonder if the cleaned areas could be a return of the trains animatronics or possibly the skeleton crew like at Cedar Point?
  17. Jeesh! No wonder I love the Midwest .... Tehehehe!
  18. At Universal it's $20 (something) to park and $30 for preferred parking.... A racket pure and simple.
  19. As far as certification, I think the video speaks for itself. Most likely they were told "ride it, or lose your jobs". Just heartbreaking.
  20. Good point to go post lunch and post dinner. At the time I went , They would not let anyone near Be Our Guest without a reservation and menu and as you entered you ordered and paid before you can go any further. It's most likely because the attraction is overwhelmingly unique, and beautiful and popular. It was worth the meal price to get to sit and actually enjoy the surroundings. Besides, who wants to eat with tourists crowding around their tables snapping pictures.
  21. I've also noticed something unusual as well. After you exit the park to the south, near Western Row, the two south bound lanes are now being permanently merged into a single lane via a concrete curb. I'm guessing it's because of the construction of the new loop entrance to 71 north that's being constructed. I imagine there will be massive southern jams at peak season with folks trying fly over 71 south from a single lane.
  22. Boddha is correct. With the DisneyWorld app for annual pass holders, you get most of the advantages, even if you are staying offsite. You can select up to three Fast Passes for a single park (no park hopping for FastPass) on a given day. You can add your CC for purchases or reservations and select your meal in advance. I did this for Be Our Guest as well.... Btw... It's a must see attraction in my book. You must purchase to enter the building, so if you want, you can go minimal and look around. It's incredibly beautiful inside. I made Fast pass reservations for Fantasmic and nearly 2/3 of the stadium was Fast Pass holders. Get it early if you can!
