  1. it's amazing what all i missed out on.
  2. just a quick fyi, no one has said that you have to ride it , and it is a matter of opinion, because to me it doesn't hurt.
  3. wow, i can't believe how much progress has been made in the way of supports lifted, and that they have the drop from the mid-course breakrun complete. i really hope don adds another web-cam.
  4. no wooden coaster (except maybe The Beast) could ever be better than Son of Beast. Maybe if you have no nerves in your back... well, i am 200% sure that i have nerves in my back and Son of Beast is still (as of pre-Diamondback) my favorite roller coaster at Kings Island, and my favorite wooden roller coaster out of all that i have rode. It's hard to say that a coaster with such a horrid reputation for being rough is good. And before the "oh you have to sit in the right spot and brace yourself", the gp wouldn't event think of that... and coasters aren't made only for enthusiasts. to tell you the complete truth i haven't rode Son of Beast in the same spot twice with either sets of trains, and i love it just as much in one spot as i do in another.
  5. yea, i would love just to see a plain white light shining up each of Diamondback's lift supports.

  8. i don't see how that would work, unless at night they had like a giant white sheet to make the lift supports more solid.
  9. that picture reminded me that it wasn't until the '07-'08 off season that i realized that The Beast paws are coming out of the "legs" of the a in beast.
  10. oh, i was just saying how you couldn't really tell it but when you looked really close to the details of the map you could. i wasn't saying they need to update i just thought it was interesting.
  11. ok, so i was just looking at the park map from Halloween Haunt for this year and i realized something, it was last years park map i noticed it when i looked at the trains on Son of Beast and you can see the colors of them are red and yellow like the old trains. i really don't care if anyone post on this, i just thought this was intresting.
  12. ok you guys here is the picture i took of the track
  13. 7th Grade, and yea, I've heard. wow, i thought you were the same age as me, not my little sister.
  14. o.k. i just looked at the pictures again and the track was more blue, i just thought it was lavender because it was cloudy from it raining, and the track was parked in the shade. so, sorry.
  15. the track i saw had more of a purpleish color than those pictures showed.
  16. yea, it was like a more blueish lavender, and i can't get my phone to connect to the sprint network so i will try again later to post the picture of it.
  17. to me it looked like Diamondback's track, just a different color. and from the pics you just posted, flying coaster track and a hyper coasters track look identical.
  18. yea, it looked alot like Diamondbacks
  19. i took a pic of the scan lable, and under customer it said BM-LCG08, so does the bm mean b&m?
  20. o.k. so i live forever away from Kings Island (down in grant county, kentucky), and yesterday me and my family were driving past the walfle house, when i noticed something strange, thats when i reallized that there was a 18 wheeler parked in the parking lot with 3 peices of lavenderish colored track, so could this be track going down to sea world? i do have pics on my cell phone, but i don't have a cable to download them to my computer, and i don't have internet on my phone.
  21. no, i couldn't have came up with something that witty if my life had depended on it unless of course it was just an accident as just happened.
  22. no, i was really talking about the picture that they have from the animation on sfmm's web-site.
  23. wow! that lift looks really steep.
  24. i know that when i rode it on 8-8-08 it was only running one train and it took like 45 min. to get from the ufo to the loading station.
