After seeing this it makes me glad that the theming didn't make it in. Ecspecially given their latest track record with heavily themed additions(TR&IJ). An enclosed drive box would have been nice. Which, you guessed it, didn't make the budget.

BTW Tom, I didn't make the comment about the mikes, Chris did...If not on the microphone team then you must have been "in charge" of getting IJs effects up to par. Which, clearly, have all worked like a charm this season.

First of all Tom, at around eight bucks an hour, your not in maintenance. Your in TECH SERVICES. Secondly, when it comes to the trim brakes on: the first drop, top of second hill, and in the midcourse brake run; yeah, those aren't electrically powered either.

Glad you had fun Brandon. Dorney is a great park with some pretty kick ass coasters. Don't know if you rode Hydra later in the day or not but I rode it twice when I went, once in the morning and in the evening. I found it to be much more intense in the evening.

Last minute tip...I hear the Son of Beast is kinda rough so you might want to stya way from that one.

SOB was not a danger and the ride was safe. Rough but still safe. It was a freak accident that could have not been avoided. So therefore, it was nobodys fault... However, that is no exscuse in a case like this and the park should be held responsible for what happened.

Being a former head supervisor on Delirium and keeping in contact with the team leader from maxair, I can assure you the amount of swings where the ride reaches it's highest point (3), are the same.

Longer cycle yes, however, they both have the same amount of "constant swings".
