Ok so I'm reading these posts over on the roughest coaster thread and I noticed alot of Vortex votes. I really don't see why people think it's so rough. I am by no means a tall person (around 5'11) so it's not like my head sticks above the restraints. Now if you've never rode the thing I can see why but all of us should be seasoned veterans on it. I have found that if you follow the course with your head and neck and anticipate the track turns, it's not bad at all. Give it a try and I'm almost positive you'll have a more enjoyable ride on it.

I've dreamed about the park a couple times. Two stick out in my mind...The one I won't mention but a special someone knows what it's about...The other one I had a LONG time ago. Anywho, I was riding the forwards Racer and was going down the first drop and I just floated out of the seat. I started falling and right before I hit the ground I woke up...Weird

SOB gets my vote. It has it's good days and it's bad days but the bad days out number the good days.

In defense of the Giant Top Spin, PKI programs the actual ride to do alot so it's really not fair to knock their uptime. Let a Giant Top Spin run one of it's regular programs and I'm sure it would be another story.

I always thought Face/Off could use a fresh coat of paint. I always thought it looked like someone had an "accident" on the supports...A fresh coat wouldn't kill Drop Zone either. I think it will be awhile until we see Tower get one due to cost.

Tiny, Paramount has nothing to do with the maximum height requirement on Delirium. Blame that one on Huss.

I do like our colors better but that's just my opinion... Tom, how on earth can you ours has "original themeing" when it has ZERO themeing?

I can't say I'm surprised. Delirium ran pretty much flawlessly all season long. Heck we had more uptime than our sister Huss Giant ride across the park.

Interesting to see how this turns out. I don't rember this park coming to visit Delirium. There was one park in particular and the owner liked the ride very much! What park was that? Well that's just my little secret. Giant Frisbee

Sounds like a step towards the "movie park" title that they are going for....Ok for all you name haters out there. Seriously, get over it. It's a freaking name to a waterpark. Call me crazy but I liked the new paint job it had back in 99. I never cared for the red too much. Whenever I think of an aircraft carrier I think of black, grey, and blue. Not red.

About The Racer... DA RIPPER, you are somewhat right. The Racer was inspired by the Shooting Star. So basically, they designed The Racer after the Shooting Star. It's not an exact copy however.

Ok I'm going to throw in my two cents here.... On the video, it's frickin hillairious. I laughed my ass off. I have several of Robbs videos myself and they are very good and very funny.
