Thanks for the plug! This is a very interesting turn of events. I also wonder why you would buy a coaster only to sell it later. Maybe they got caught up in the moment bought it without a business plan.

I think it looks nice. However, I don't think it really fits in. Uni has never really done an attraction that has stuck out visually. I haven't been back since it went vertical but I doubt you get the same feeling of "Wow! This looks just like New York!" with a big red roller coaster poking up over the facades. I haven't been on it but I think if it is smooth it could be a hit but if it isn't it will always be a ride with great potential. Hopefully I'll get down to O-Town soon and get a chance to ride it.

I think Comet Impact looks awesome although I wouldn't mind any of them except for the "coaster" ones.

Yeah they must be DD. If they were something new they would have a nice shiny new paint job and not the one shown in the pictures.

I think it would be great for MA. They have space either past ST or TH and it would be a major new ride they could push.

That was more of a speculation thread (The paper could have misquoted Shapiro and there might not have been a coaster). This is after it had been confirmed.

Source Well it looks like CP no longer has more coasters than any other park. Rumor has it this new coaster will be a Tony Hawk Spinner. What does everyone think about this?
