You know, I have never had this blue ice cream.

^ Wow! Thats great news! Sounds like they will have it up and running within the next 2 weeks. When I was there Saturday, I saw one thing that hasn't been done yet that is quite important. The awnings (or whatever they are called) to cover the queue are still not yet in place. Does anyone know how long those take to put up?

I feel kind of bad for KI. Its not their fault that WS is still closed. And during their announcement for WS, they were bragging about how theirs would be the first to open. It looks like they will be the 3rd to open now...

I know! It looks really awesome. I cant wait to ride it!

Sorry for how big they are, still trying to figure that out. But they aren't half bad for an iPhone camera.

Yes, do not listen to the weather! The forecast for us was Strong Thunder Strorms (that's as bad as it gets) last weekend and didn't rain once past 8:30 AM. And, you never know about crowds, burble shouldn't be that bad.

Ki's, well, I dont think too well. I was there yesturday and it didn't spin at all, all day. It only went half way up and stopped....

Oh yes, it wasn't very competitive at all! I guess more people will come out if its less competitive. I'm not for sure, but I'd say he finished in about 30 minutes.

About 35 miniutes, nothing special We just jogged, but finished in the top 10.

So we started off Friday at around 3:00 PM. We arrived at GWL at around 6 to very strong storms. So I of course hurry to the weather channel to see that tomorrow is Strong Thunderstorms. Great. So we head off to the water park to find that all the slides that went outside were closed because of the storms. It was closed all night u till the last hour. We quickly rode all the rides and called it a night. When we woke up for the JDRF 5k it was pouring the rain. (the reason we were here in the first place is because I am a Type 1 Diabetic). So we started off the race to a rainy start. It quickly stopped and I had one of the best runs of my life! We got great views of SoB, WindSeeker, Beast, and the whiole park! We finished in the top 10 out of about 200. We got my platnium pass processed and headed to the GWL for a quick rest. We heaed to the park and hopped on Diamondback for my 50 ride (rode DB 5 times today). We pretty much rode everything at 3 so headed to the GWL to take a quick nap. We headed back to the park at 5:30 and rode Firehawk, DB, and Delirium. We then left the park and headed back to the GWL to finish off the day. Overall we had a great day and even though the forecast was awful!!! We still had a wonderful time and didn't rain past 8:30 AM on Sarurday. And, also they were vertically testing WS, but it was not spinning. I will try and upload pictures soon.

Hahaha. Yeah at GWL right now, that would be awesome if it opened tomorrow, but it won't. Lol

Wow, you are quite lucky! I've only been to BB once but I will make sure to buy a locker now!

You know I have heard so many good things about this park but have never visited it. How would you all who have been there describe it?

^ Wow, a bathroom! That would not be the place I would think he would do that in! There is a lot of traffic in and out of that place, I'm surprised he got away with it.

You know I have never been in there. All the times I've been ro KI not once have I been in there.

Wow that really is pathetic. I can not stand people like this! I just don't understand it! Im not laughing at this incident, but whoever posted that picture of the beatles coparing that guy as John made me laugh for a good three min! Hahaha

Sadly I have not been able to visit the park this year. But I watch the webcams daily. You cAn see part of DB line, and from the look of it, it seems like a 20 min wait on average. I know that they change daily but for you guys that visit weekly, how are the lines compared to years past?

I completely agree! The light package very well maybe the best in the park!

That sounds about right. But it will go by very fast! I'm kinda nervous about the waits for the lines. It seems like it will take a while ro load and unload. How many pairs of seats are there?

We will just have ro wait. I'm sure it will be more intense than that, but not like Diamondback. We can't make assumptions now because this is just the first stage of testing. Give it a little bit more time and we should see regular test runs.
