At the very bottom of the page in little letters that blend in with the background, it say: Our editors select these lists based on editorial content and user input. Placement in our top 10 lists is not paid for. What a load of BS is that! That is beyond words. Actually having to say that placement in our top ten lists is not paid for makes it sound like even the people of citysearch didnt fully like the choices!

Just reading that made me fill with outrage! Whenever you read anything about theme parks, they always have incorrect info. Cedar Point says they have more rollercoasters than any other park, which they dont, they tie for having the most but they still say they have more then any other park. And i totally agree with what MARS 1825 said, they only have 9 coasters, but it said they had the 4 largest collectition of rollercoasters. I think what they did is they meant is the 4 largest collectition west of the mississippi river. Parks always say stuff like that to make themselves look better. What they say is correct in one way but they dont always say everything that has to go with it to make it factual.

Days Of Thunder was the best their has ever been and probably ever will be. It was very well themed and was just awesome, it also drawed the largest crowd. I remeber waiting about an hour for it, and that was with 2 screens! James Bond was good too but it was just too corny!

For a couple of weeks, but just shortly ended, i couldnt get into the forums. I could do everything but get into the forums it wsa weird!

well i the body of the cars are fiberglass, then the wheels are made of (i dont know but they arent metal)then yea the rest is prolly metal, but there isnt enough to get very much money. My dad is a plant manager at a welding and manufacturing place, and he said that when they mess something up and scrap it, they really dont get very much for it, but with the track you would get a good amount of money but since the cars do not have very much metal, they would prolly make more money selling them to people.

I think that PKI is clean within Kings Island control. They cannot control the gum people spit(just look at the loading platform on Beast) That is just unacceptable of people to just spit their gum on the ground. The only trash i only see are ciggarette butts. I know it is not all smokers, but all of the smokers i see, throw down their butts, anywhere they please. But as i am thinking about it, i havent ever seen any (well i am not sure what they are called, but they are basically big ashtrays) And you cant put a butt in a trash can because the trashcan would set on fire. So if they are some places, they need to be more of them.

Why dont they make the track scrap metal, and sell each individual car to people. I know that i would be willing to buy one(but only if they were going to sell them for $100-$250)that would be so cool to have one of those in your garage! I can just see me and my friends pushing each other around in one of those! They could also sell(If they kept it, the sign in front of the quene line. They might as well if King Cobra never sells. I would also want The Racer sign that they replaced this year, and also the old PKI sign in front of the fountains. They could make some money from their "old junk" and become my prised treasure.

I have been to Cedar Point before, and it has a lot of really awesome rides. But i like Kings Island A LOT MORE. The whole atmosphere is different, and i think that the ride ops at Kings Island are a lot more friendly and helpful. At Cedar Point, most ride ops just shrugged their shoulders. And i did see their childerns area and walked through it, and i have to say that Kings Islands Childrens area is so much more advanced and better. There were some coasters that really impressed me, but NONE of Cedar Points flat rides gave me a thrill like Kings Islands. People can disagree with me on this, but it is my opinion and i am sticking with it.

The smoking doesnt bother me too much, because usually it is only one person and they arent blowing it in my face. The only ride i have EVER seen someone get in trouble is the Flight of Fear line. They make an announcement that says you arent suppose to smoke in line. What bothers me is people drinking in line. It is ok until they are so drunk that they start spilling it on stuff and on people, plus they reek of beer.EWW. One time I was in line for The Racer, and two people right beside me were actin stupid and spliiling beer everywhere. I even got some on my shoe. That made me really upset so i told a ride op.

I agree with pk_guy. pkiforever, The 4th of July has long lines, and the park is VERY crowded. To me, that doesnt sound like the best day to visit the park.

Yea i have seen that commercial too. The cars on the commercial have 2 rows instead of 1 row like the cars here.

I would swap Top Gun with Millenium Force.

I was there last year during Music in the parks(that is what the music festival is called) and it was busy. To give you an idea i waited about 2 hours for FOF, 1.5 hours fo F/O, 45 minutes for SOB, 20 minutes for Beast. Hope this helps.

I think an Irish pub and grill would be a nice addition to the restaurants at Kings Island. I think the TR:TR themed resaurant is a good idea BUT i dont think it should have EXOTIC food. That is why i chose the Irish Pub and Grill instead.

I have seen that episode before but not today. It was a "Pop Up Brady Bunch", so it told a bunch of trivia. It was really cool.

This is one of the Kings Island rides that i know almost nothing about. My Dad told me it was a rollercoaster that went around in circles. They have described as a Galaxi type roller coaster but they said they were not sure. Does any one have any pictures or info? Anything would be appreciated. Thanx.

Well The origional Enchanted Voyage(I am telling You What my mom told me about it) was when you rode in boats in a building, and there were dolls(manequins) dressed up from around the world. While riding it the song "It's A Small World After All" was playing. I hope this helps you!

I would like to see PKI get a B&M flying, B&M floorless, or a B&M Standup. But when they build it they should make it record-breaking. Like tallest Stand up ETC.

I waited about 3.5 hours for FOF opening year. And way back in 1992 when Top Gun was new, I waited almost 4 hours!!

Dang, I was awful i got a 240!!

I was about to get on The Beast when it broke down. I chatted with a ride op and he said it was something with the circuit breakers. But basically the restraints wouldnt open. About 4 mechanics came to fix it. Then in line for TR:TR it broke down for awhile. I was the second rider of the day on Delirium so luckily got to ride it before it broke down. Overall it wasnt a bad day a PKI.
