  1. I'd ride it, I'd love getting dizzy. Spinning rides are my favorite type of flat ride.
  2. Recently I heard someone say that Adventure Express led to the Son of Beast. Which makes no sense what-so-ever.

  4. I sat in the back inside seats (row 15) and got a pretty large buzz that was more noticeable than earlier times. I have noticed the appearance of this buzz recently, normally on the inside seats. The ride was smooth but the buzz wasn't rough, just a little uncomfortable.
  5. The Beast, it seriously cured my neck pain today when I rode it. But maybe not such a good idea for the future.
  6. Roller Coasters is my favorite sport

  7. I feel that SOB should be dealt with first, not only because it has just been sitting there, but if one were to demolish it could open alot of area to the park, including behind Firehawk and FOF.
  8. Well, Last year, while waiting for my younger siblings to finish their second ride on Adventure Express, I saw these two twenty year old men trying their luck on the ladder game. They must have spent at least sixty dollars on that single game, but got no where near the top of the ladder. Its all about balencing weight, but those two sure didn't know much about gravity.
  9. My first trip to Kings Island was in 1999. All I can remember is the hours I spent in Hanna-Barbera land as a kid, and getting to ride in the Antique Cars and seeing King Cobra in 2000. Moved to Maryland for two years, but came back to see parts of the park changed, and my family became regular gold passholders in 2005, and have ever since. A lot has changed in ten years, and I expect a lot more to in the next ten years.
  10. I have skipped entertainment the past couple of years but sounds like the entertainment may be more entertaining.
  11. Im glad/unglad I didn't go today. Never have gone on opening day, but i hate lines, except when you strike upon a good conversation with a friend, then lines become a relaxing experience. Got pass renewed yesterday, hoping to go to the park sometime in May.
  12. I won enough tickets to earn a tootsie roll messing around in the arcade, almost won a basketball, but it missed the rim, then almost went in on another hoop. Just my luck.
  13. I have a feeling that if we do indeed get a roller coaster next year, that we wont see anything new for a while after seeing all this special treatment this off season.
  14. Oh well, another delay till judgment day, if that day ever comes.
  15. Darn it appears i have caught the error bug too.
  16. I considered Surf Dog a roller coaster, until i considered the car holding the people. It may have the track, but the spining car and its design make me change my opinion on this so-called coaster. The car is giant, there is only one, and its needs to be repeatedly powered up to get enough momentum to get over the hill. Besides how far does it travel? Its hard to measure in feet due to the differating cycles during the ride. The fact that there is a cycling (Delirium, Viking Fury) should classify this as a flat.
  17. My bad, but still thats only just a third over the final height
  18. Wow that looks high already, and its not even a hundred feet tall. This gives me bad memories of Drop Tower.
  19. You know I thought this over, and being in a family with a variety of ages, if a family were to go to that end of the park, everyone would have something to do. The younger children and those who dont want to ride the WindSeeker, would have to wait for an hour or so, or seperate the group. Having this attraction nearby, would relieve some of the unnessary traffic of viewers (not riders) and give them something to do while they wait for their thrill junkies to finish their ride on WindSeeker. Think about what is there to do on that side of the park for children less than 5 years old, little to nothing. Its a good choice, and it prevents families from having to split up into two different parts of the park.
  20. I stick with Blue Racer, it was the faster of the two a day I went last year, in an epic come from behind victory over red racer.
  21. I just wondering if they will be announcing something else along with the dinosaur walkthrough, like a new movie for the action theater.
  22. Why would they get a coaster when the shadow of SOB is looming over them, i think just turning your back on the problem, and getting a new coaster is a bad idea. Just demolish SOB, for one year, and the next year something else can be installed. Its a waste of space, and structually if no annoucement is made in the next year or two, SOB will just be waiting for demolishion. I just think, this new attraction will not be a roller coaster, because it makes no money sense.
  23. Dinosaur walkthroughs are thrilling, they go at least 2 and a half mph, right?
  24. Finally some vertical construction, too bad it is not the ride itself.
  25. Honestly, I think they would do something high capacity, even WindSeeker seats 64 people, but a setpoint or zipline would take forever in line setting espicially in that area of the park where WindSeeker is nearby. It would only work well as a payed attraction.
