I will give it a try and just one thing you were feeling like me when you said you felt like your chest was going to explode sitting elsewhere because I did feel like that sitting in the second to last car on the blue train.

I second that also because that part was pretty boring,they could have put a bunny hill just like its father and had some air time and been different on that part from its father because they wouldn't have the breaks in the same spot.

Ok I had been at the park on the 4th went on SOB and was in the second to last car on the blue train and it was terrible and was worse than the old SOB with the other trains. I'm going agian to the park for P&G day on the 15-16 next month where should I sit or does it really matter what train it is or what section to sit in?

I still remember that lawsuit the park was going through for the $20M because the structure on SOB whats going on with that does anyone know??? How come nothing has been finalized or done with it???

By the way there is no bandwagon about bashing SOB its the truth how the ride is so we wouldn't be posting opuions that weren't true on here just like saying the bridge collapse wasn't a Flaw in Minnesota because there was a flaw in the design and its sad to hear about and I hope we don't have to hear about another accident on SOB and I know its two different structures but come on it can't be safe much longer.

My friends and I made it the last ride of the day on the 4th and i'm glad it was the last ride we went on because we all came off like it was not enjoyable at all it was very disappointing where the loop used to be it felt like the train was running on the shoulder on the highway when it makes that noise and no SOB didnt make that noise it just didn't seem normal.

I hate to hear about the cons about SOB but sometimes its just true what is said and some people can't handle the truth about how other people feel or say is true most of the time. The 4th when I was there it felt like I had been kicked in the chest myself. I'm a healthy 24 year old and never had any problems with chest pain,high blood pressure,I don't have heart disease that runs in the family either and I never had any problems riding anything else and had this much pressure on my chest until riding SOB since after the accident. So yeah its dissapointing to be reading everyone's posts that are negative but come on a roller coaster should be enjoyable at any park!

The editor's in newspaper's overhype too much in the world today and really can be uncalled for sometimes making mistakes and are really being flat out stupid.

I was just saying what I thought about the ride. I sat in the 2nd to last car on the blue train is there any difference where I sit at on it??? I do have pro's&con's on SOB. The trains were better than the old ones but its still the same old. I love the first drop but after you come up and then go into the rose bowl then hang on for your life almost...

I just hope that they figure out what can be done before something else happens and there is another accident to deal with because it not in good shape and CF won't mess around with it much more.

When I was there on the 4th and rode it my chest was bothering me afterwards and I don't know if anyone else noticed any problems afterwards and don't really know why but it must have been sooo much stress on my chest from the ride being so "HORRIBLE" The Beast I can enjoy it without almost feeling like I can't breath on it and can yell and put my hands up and have a good time no matter time of the day I ride it. SOB you have to hold on for life. Its in a hot ring of fire for how long it will be standing! Don't waste your time CF on this ride anymore its a waste its not worth pouring $$$ into anymore because its going to fall apart just like it did before and caused the accident. Go the route that Holiday World went and get a different design almost like Voyage just my two cents thanks.

I think we don't know which way the park is going now that CF is in debt so bad from purchasing all the Paramount Parks. We will just have to wait and see whats going on after this season comes to a close. I wouldn't get my hopes up for anything exciting in the Roller Coaster category for next season just my two cents on that.

The breaks on the bunny hill ruin that part I loved it when you got airtime there,but the covered area I could see the breaks there for a reason though...

How often is the wood going to be checked or replaced in the whole thing??? Not long before something else goes wrong with it i'm sure geez the thing is rough no matter is done to it or trains it has, the father is still the best its no where near that rough!!!

I was on the blue train in the second to last car and it was rough as it was with the old trains and the part where the loop was didnt seem much different to the rest of the ride it seemed odd in that spot like the gauge on the track was making the train drag almost. I don't know but it felt really different in that spot...

Is the theming going to get changed or just taken out anytime soon? Its a waste really because people trash it anyways and cant respect stuff that doesn't belong to them at all...

It was down this past Saturday the 4th but I didn't care much its no big deal to me I could live without it...

It has been stuck at the top before for more then 20 minutes its happened before this was about 2 years ago maybe and no joke about it people were on it too! They had to lower them slowly and it was crazy.

I still would take The Beast over its Son any day its the best an will always be the Rose Bowl on its Son was horrible just like it has been. I don't see how much more it has left in it before it tears itself apart agian.

I was at the park today and saw that it wasn't working either and the same Paramount logo was on it still and employee's had the old shirts too and I thought that was funny

I got free tickets from my work for Saturday how long will the lines be and what should I hit up first? I wanted to ride SOB,Firehawk atleast then after that it doesnt matter thanks.

Honestly I heard the attendance is down at our hometown park KI so I don' how true it is with Firehawk. Not that anyone cares but I work for DELL and only get a 15% off discount and KOHLS employee's get 30% off on products from us. Yeah its pretty messed up! We have the same problems it sounds like with the management at DELL. I've been in our building for over 3 years and it was first a 3rd party client for DELL called APL Logistics. They had run everything great treated us all great for almost 2years but DELL wanted to come and take it over. Our complaints were answered and not ignored like they are now by DELL supervisors,leads. DELL took over the operation last April and came in cocky and a bunch of a-holes!!! One thing to learn is you have to toot your own horn yourself in life and work hard at your job,come to work with a positive attitude,are prepared for anything,volume of work,anything you have to deal with on the job but it shouldn't get out of control though like how it sounds to me.I love having teamwork,ask your manager's questions,advice,be open, be flexible and most jobs won't be like KI though and you usually have a set schedule M-F or whatever shift your on. I don't at DELL we have changed our hours,whether working 4-10's M-Thrs or 5X8's M-F its been crazy in the past year buts it how they want it to be you don't have much control over it. I know KI is only $6.85 an hr but you should find ways to move up in the company or look for another job out there if you think its so bad you can't stand it anymore. You have to just deal with the people you work with and not let it bring you down and just like it was said before in a post eariler shine up your resume and follow what you want to do in your career in your life! I'm positive and don't give up at what I want to do. I'm always a helpful person on the job. I'm a people person and work great with everyone in different cultures,backgrounds they have. I hope everyone understands where i'm coming from.

I think a mine theme would be cool also I agree with Rumor Smasher. In Rivertown it just has that feel to it and just like the roller Coaster they have at Dollywood would be awesome in some sort of design.
