Back on topic answering your question rumor smasher.You can get the tickets from the community center,the bars downtown, Northside you can get them at the bars there too. If your a member they are cheaper for you. I bought my ticket at the gate when I got their the last two years for $42 I think it was when I went.

I'm excited about this year going to pride night. I always have a good time and the employees are always nice and I enjoy being myself going. I really don't understand what it is with people who go to church and think they are perfect in this world that cracks me up when they critize others around them when they can't take it themselves! Don't judge someone else before yourself because its not going to get you anywhere in life Adam you must live a life just like this because your young and immature and don't understand a lot its ok buddy someday you will understand maybe before your days are numbered! I would watch what you say to people or about people because your not so perfect now

The drama continues about SOB still on here with you guys acting like you know everything about whats going on here. Just wait and see for yourself when its opened and stop fighting over SOB when its opening,what caused it to close because its really funny how people take things so serious on here no offense but its true. Its entertaining to me see you guys go at it over a roller coaster

Rushing into getting new trains was definately the main problem that they are facing. Those trains are most likely unable to handle the speed,G'S SOB has and this could be the problem they now see going on. It would be smart for them to decide what to do because this might be the problem. Who knows we should just wait and see what happens.

People are stupid and don't know how to read signs in the park. I know one thing for sure is that many people don't know what signs on the roads mean when driving a lot of people need to understand how to yield when driving not speed in a hurry and run into the car almost that has the rideaway!

Can you say bad structure, bad company, they designed it the wrong way with a lot bad materials people look at the lawsuit that KI has on the company who built it because they still owe the park $20M for it!

I know I have asked this question before on these boards but when or how long is it going to take the park to win the $20M the company owes the park for the structure of SOB??? I mean come on how many more years are going to pass by without them giving the money they owe the park:o

They should put some Techno or house music that has a good beat to it and get rid of that boring music and theme it like a MTV soundwave ride.

Off topic but wouldn't it be cheap for us to get Dominator like we got Firehawk? How much was Firehawk anyways for being a used roller coaster for KI?

Of course the day I will be at the park for DELL day. I'm sure there will be nice long lines I will plan on coming to park early then

Can anyone confirm if there was anything on the news about it reopening? I'm just going to be glad to see it open agian really. I can't really sit here and say oh I wish they would add this or that to it. Lets just be happy when it opens up agian and they have everything approved by the state and OHSA to get the green light and its safe for everyone to enjoy .

Well in previous posts on here they should have took their time to build it is exactly what should have been done but its now only time to tell how much damage is done to itself agian. The Beast is a very unique wooden roller coaster in the world and always will be! There was so much time and effort to build it and its so awesome in this world! I think they rushed into building SOB and it didn't become a world class wooden roller coaster like its father is. I like SOB but it just seems not as thrilling as The Beast becuase there should have been tunnels,theming,some effects to the ride that The Beast doesn't have in its own way. I just wanted to give my 2 cents for this topic thanks.

I think its time for a new water ride now like the Plunge that they have at Knotts, I could see them upgrading and taking down Congo Falls to get one of them. I could also see the park getting another flat ride like Skyhawk up at Cedar Point . I just was thinking thats what might happen for next year. What do you guys think Cedar Fair will do after an awesome first year taking over now!

Hey I agree with you totally people don't use common sense at all at the park or anywhere these days and they are young and stupid most of the time and could careless how to be a young mature adult that they are supposed to be. I get sick of people smoking in the lines also too. I can't stand line jumpers either,another thing when your walking on the right side like you said people tend to just not pay any attention and walk right into you. Thats the common mistake really with driving for people around here in the tri-state area too! On the positive side i'm excited to visit the park this season and hope a lot of these issues are not going to happen much...

What's going on with SOB now? It hasn't been brought up in the media when its opening up yet... Could anyone get any information for us and let us know what they are doing if they ever decided to get new trains or make upgrades for them at all???

I would have to agree because that amount of time would be right for them to complete it and test it out,have the training done by then only time will tell...
