  1. Je n'avais pas une cedille sur l'ordinateur!
  2. I'm getting ready to take French for high school. When I go to France in my junior year, I'll be able to say I've stood in two Eiffel Towers! Vous ne savez pas francais! BB1, une francophone en Les Etats Unis
  3. Which kind of trolls may ye be talking of? Viking? German? English? Internet? Inquisitive BB1.
  4. Just don't eat the yellow snow kids. It's not nature's lemonade flavor Slush Puppie.
  5. I'm making the correct hypothesis that I think we can all agree on: Something of some importance is going in the place in question.
  6. All this age talk is making me feel old yet young. BB1, younger than is tongue, and older than his teeth.
  7. It was 2004, my first year of BB. This was actually the main reason why I started to go to Kings Island, Boomerang Bay. Just looking at the place, I felt like I was at home, with the immersion of theming and etc. I must have spent the whole day at Boomerang Bay, it is one experience I will never forget. I cannot even begin to enumerate just how much I loved that place on my first visit, the slides, the signs, good gosh even the sounds of Boomerang Bay I can still remember it all. BB1, thankful for his memories.
  8. The Webcam is smudged with water/ice, this is lovely.
  9. Luminosity? I certainly hope not!
  10. Where again is Stricker's Grove? I must ride this attraction, snapping may be my new hobby.
  11. When you begin to look up attraction stats and compare coasters. (The Beast vs Banshee, 10 ft difference in drop)
  12. Why have I never been on such an attraction before? This is exactly the kind of ride I would marathon over and over! BB1 could have a tad bit of fun on this attraction.
  13. I feel like this topic is necessary here, I infact almost posted this exact topic for week X. I say that we could see either green space(theming/etc), lockers, or a entry way to the Coaster Connection, due to what I can already tell.
  14. The Commonwealth of Kentucky is better, just saying.
  15. Because like every great artist, there are always things I miss and others don't. I see ideas from other Haunts (Similar to TransWorld's Haunt Expo tours, which frequented The Dent School House a few years ago if memory serves me right.), and morph them into new ideas,<<not stealing their ideas of course>>, or see how they used an idea I already used, i e web, and see how I could work on my own creations to make them better than last year(New spider types, web types that look better, etc). Also, I like going to other Haunts, I like being immersed into a theme and see the things inside, for me, Haunt is my time of the year.
  16. Though I'm not the "5 star Halloween Haunt Monster", I am a home haunter, and I can chime in on a few things. Numero Un is the scare, it is not just a simple "boo" to the face.......well....maybe it is......erm.....anyways it takes skill and occasionally patience to scare people. I prefer to do the "prop scare" or I stand/sit still, which takes a bit of skill not to look like you are breathing, or at least to scare people. Of course, I don't prefer to scare guys because, they can and will react with a negative effect towards the haunter, i e me. The better, and best reaction scares are by those who you guys were speaking of, couples and girls. Though, people who are the monsters at the Haunt do make for an excellent scare, though, none can truly scare BB1. Now onto the bane of the whole operation, numero deux, the theming. Overall, I have always said that I could do better, and I probably have. I have 3, going on 4 years under my belt and it keeps growing every year. Which, shall I mention that I am a more "theme" person when it comes to my yard haunt. I know it has potential, but it just doesn't have it yet. I HOPE dearly that they do not cut off SlaughterHouse, because that is a relic just as ToT was for the longest time, don't loose an excellent attraction to some chicken tenders please.
  17. Something else. That fog kills the grass. Can't imagine what it does to the idiots who go up to it, inhale it, then blow it out. Something happens I love how this topic has become "Hey guys, let's talk about both The Bat and Banshee on the topic that is for Banshee construction!". No problem with it of course, it is just interesting how topics get so diverted from certain diversions that people use to invert the whole conversation. BB1, heading for The Bat Cave soon.
  18. I enjoyed BB, and look where I am now. BB1, just warning you of the ever changing cycle of Kings Island. I second the destruction of BL:SC, sure it is an fantastic coaster, but sometimes, I do feel a bit cramp in there. Plus, I really could go without the whole helix and the bunny hills, for they are not my cup of tea with the little cars with little leg room for those of the larger legs. Yet, I am a fan of using the small pavilion for the classic Eagles, though, getting the same exact ones are one in a million chance.
  19. Haters? I think I can fall with Terpy with my non-rose coloured glasses and call them logical critics. The park was a corpse, and now it's beginning it's rebirth, but I'm hesitant to say "Oh boy! It's going to succeed no matter what!", and even more to say "Well, it's screwed". What these so called haters are doing is the opposite of you, using data to make a hypothesis on the future, immediate and far future(s), which they are using the ethos of the park for their logos. In no way should critics be called haters, just logical thinkers and rhetors. Critics range in scale, some have seen the industry rise and fall, others are new stock who will see just what the industry has to offer.
  20. I say let me fly, out with the new and in with nostalgia. Antiquities anyone?
  21. Just because you may not see an Action Zone retheme this year, doesn't mean there isn't hope. It has been under different names in the years past, and different themes too. It could be a future addition, if any, which in all honesty, I do not know. Also, don't forget, the Chicken Shack can be on the other side of the circle, allowing for another area to be separated still. (Shark, I know, I was just bringing it up for reference.)
  22. In all honesty, it seems that this discussion keeps going in circles. I second this inquisition. I worship God, the God of the Christians, more commonly known as Jehovah, but hey, I don't speak for the rest of the crowd. (For all I know, someone here may worship the flying spaghetti monster!)
