Whenever I go to Kings Island, I usually hit the coasters, and flats, a certain way. Combining certain coasters after another actually seems more fitting for thrills, or immersion, than just going on coasters at random. So, what "coaster/attraction combo" do you think is the best? Here are just a few of mine: Haunt: The Beast Flight of Fear WindSeeker The Racers The Bat(Previously Flight Deck) Delirium Spring: The Beast WindSeeker Zephyr The Racers Delirium The Bat Summer: (Insert Waterpark venture first) The Beast WindSeeker Flight of Fear The Racers Adventure Express Congo Falls Delirium The Bat

You can't give them that much grief. Think about it, Kings Island is a rooted park, with year-round employees who work with a program which helps them get the word out if you are hired sooner than later. Kentucky Kingdom, on the other hand, is a "transplanted park" so to speak, meaning that it was there, just under new ownership. They have multitudes of employment applications, and interviews, and they probably don't have the department size that Kings Island has for such an feat. Have you even thought that maybe they may just have priorities set at interviews first, then contacting soon-to-be employees? You should be glad that they actually interviewed you, they could of just as easily said "nope" and dumped your application in the trash. Yet, they didn't, right? You got interviewed, and you are waiting for confirmation on if you are hired or not, they have interest in you, and for good reason. They see that you do have potential, and they probably want you on their team. Think positively on this, and call back even, be that avid employee that they want, be the employee who is excited to work at Kentucky Kingdom, don't be a bump on the log and gripe about the wait. The best things take a tad bit more time than others, and the things that take the most time, usually have the best benefits. (I E: Gardening, building, etc)

It got closed for a reason, and a good reason at that. I despised that decoding thing, and none of it shall I par take in any more, for that is just ridiculous.

It was a target for speculation, and still is. If, you know what I mean.

I see something that makes me think of StoneHenge. B"Ancient"B©1

Wow, I feel stupid. I have not even looked for any kind of "stone circle" structures that the Celts have made in the past. Ironically, there is one that stands out the most to me about the AZ circle: http://www.stonepages.com/ireland/ireland.html Dooncarton looks similar to our circle, and if they do not go fully with the "stone circle" idea, they can easily add another Celtic structure: http://www.stonepages.com/ireland/ireland.html Dolmen looks similar to the center "footer", due to the rectangular feature. What we could see if we get such an installation. We could see tall stones, in the positions the footers are at, which could exhibit some sort of light fixture(s) on the sides or top. This could easily add to the theme of the new "region" of Kings Island, and bring a more foreboding feeling to go to the Banshee/Bat queues.

Just some hypothesi here for the circle: -Tombstones -Attraction -"Monolithic Structure(s)", some sort of Stone Henge -Water feature -Nothing These are just a few things I see that could have lean-way with the circle, I'm not saying that any could happen,(I lean more with Crypt on the fact that I don't see an attraction being placed, and that we will probably only see minor details), but just pointing out the ideas and the facts behind them.

I did some (loose) measurements using the Bing Maps program, on the circle that has been recently taken out. With this I calculated that the circle is approximately 80 feet long. 80 feet is the "Fence To Fence" measurement for the Larson Flying Scooters as well. Coincidence?

I cannot wait to ride The Bat during Haunt, it looks like it would fit perfectly!

I categorize attractions, and contraptions in certain ways. The Beast is a wooden coaster. The Diamondback is a steel coaster Adventure Express is a hybrid coaster Journey To Atlantis is a water coaster (coaster type) - Mondo Monsoon is a tube slide Tropical Twister is a body slide Hydro Plunge is a water coaster (slide type) Rendezvous Run is a mat slide Long and short, some people need to get their cookies lined up before they start saying that coaster x is type y when it is actually type z.

Red colored water streams? BB1, cross parking.

Why do I feel deja vous with this post? Don referenced to this somewhat in the past......

I have a hunch on 3. It is too easy to guess, hence why they have been mum about the whole situation. Nothing, just concrete, have fun speculating, but I believe that they are just pouring in the concrete and calling it a day. 3k posts of Boomerang Bay joy and happiness, by the only BB1. Take a second and think, what if BB1 never came to KIC? KIC would not be the same, and would not know of the joy and happiness I bring to the topics every post I can.

Terp, you ruined all the fun of seeing the predictions of the KIC enthusiast base! BB1, who found it to be....interesting

My first guess would be an Flying Scooters, but I don't think we will see that in the immediate future.

For some reason, the Banshee station reminds me deeply of this building on Swarm : http://www.coaster-net.com/ride-gallery/464-swarm/photos/2117-roller-coasters/20345/

This bothers me so much when people don't understand how to use a versus an. A is used before consonants and an is used before vowels. Correction: "A" is used before consonant sounds, and "an" is used before vowel sounds. Example: A user on KIC will clap his hands in an hour. ("User" begins with a "Y" sound, while "hour" begins with an "O" sound.) (EDIT: beaten to it) And then there are exceptions depending on culture and how they pronounce English words. (ex. "an historical place" vs. "a historical place") Some wouldn't pronounce the "H" and would go straight to the vowel sound. Well, I recommend that you do not venture to a French region of the world, for their "h" is almost never pronounced, if they do, it would barely be heard. Avoir Honte (avoir onte) Also, mind you that BB1 uses both the British, and American style diction/word structures.

Your is for what is of a person, or owned by a person, Your dog is brown. You're is a conjunction of you are, You're WailsLikeABanshee, right? To is the conjoining term for a route of passage, or have function with an object, You are going to your mom's, right? Too is to reference at a multiple action, or to express a quantity of some sort, You are going too, right? I am too scared to ride Beast. Two is the number of 1+1, which is commonly known as the numeral II. There are two places that have B&M coasters in Ohio, Kings Island and Cedar Point. The same is conjugated in other languages except differently and or with an elongated expression. Footer is a device, which, holds the coaster, or beam, in the ground. Footers are multiple footer in a certain area, more commonly known for coaster footers. I like the chicken idea, but something tells me Action Zone will be sticking around for a little while.

Don't tell me that my premier place for prime grade H meat is going away! I love their meats, and I will cry if I loose that place too! I would find it hard to believe that the GP's #1 Haunt would go, it has far too many fans. Though, that is what I said about Trail of Terror......

Krusty already ruined a fantastic ride, don't let him get a grip on KI! I am not the "fast food" type, so to this, eh, I like the tenders occasionally at KI during the cool Fall days.
